So happy to have found Spanish Property Expert
Danny is a wonderful business man, who puts all of your needs ahead of his own, will even advise if he thinks a property you may be interested in, may not be right for you, and show you other properties he thinks would be better suited. I learned a lot from him in this regard and got the perfect property for us.
Not only this, but he can also help out with legal needs, finance needs and even has the ability to fully decorate, provide security, furnish and get utilities sorted, even the wifi.
Cant praise Danny enough, so glad he was the person managing everything for us, given our lack of the Spanish language, he couldn't have made things easier!
Will always use Danny for any future dealings in Spain.

Daniel is a gentleman.
We were overwhelmed trying to buy a property in Spain and had almost give up hope until we came across Daniel. He got us exactly what we wanted, took time to show us properties, driving us around for hours, and always answered our calls no matter how many times we wreaked his head. He goes above and beyond his scope of work and even got us a solicitor for closing our property and has helped us out many times since then. He managed our property which is a great comfort to us especially since we live in Ireland and nothing is any bother to him. He is a true gentleman and a genuinely nice person whom we now consider a friend. We are now looking for a second property and 100% will use Daniel again. We would have no hesitation recommending him or his company for anyone considering buying a property in Spain.

Dan was amazing from the day he pick…
Dan was amazing from the day he pick myself and partner up at our hotel to view propertys and continues to do so even though the property is now ours. Nothing is ever too much trouble. He did all the leg work with the bank, solicitors and sorted out the paper work even picking up our and arranging collect from him as we were flying in late. We can not praise or thank him enough for easy. He gave clear understanding of purchasing from start to finish and would not hesitate to recommend or use his service again.

Taking into consideration we are not Spanish speaking customers and bought our first place in the sun, the experience was seamless and super fast.
