Unethical

I placed an order on May 23rd and, even though my credit card was charged,I received no communication about shipping or tracking. After a week I had to reach out to them. I called and left a message but received no reply. The next day I texted and received a response that my item World be delivered the next day. It wasn't. After that I continued to text daily but received no response. I finally contacted PayPal and, after uploading all my text messages and waiting over two weeks PayPal refunded the charges. Unfortunately, the item finally arrived and the refund was reversed after I arranged to purchase from another seller. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered a new jet and cover for my hot…

Ordered a new jet and cover for my hot tub. After about 2 to 3 weeks of not hearing anything my wife called the company (which was really hard to get thru to) and they said they had not shipped it yet and they were sorry about that. My wife asked if they would go ahead and ship it and also provide a tracking number and they did not. I would never buy anything else from them again. Lesson Learned

OUT $125 — NOT HAPPY

We purchased headrests from Spaparts123. The headrests began to disintegrate within 2 months of purchase. The company will not refund our money. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!
