Absolutely fantastic service and very quick delivery with great communication. Ordered a new solenoid valve for my washing machine and fitted it with my partner. From finding the part on the web site, to ordering it, and getting it delivered (ie, receiving it at ours) was just 2 days.

The website is worse than useless. Rather than helping clarify the part I need using the compatability checker, it just adds to the confusion. It is so poor.. it is the opposite of user friendly. Terrible.
