So happy I could find spares for my Delonghi coffee maker which is now 20+ years old! I'm also fortunate Delonghi still use similar components for their machines over the years, so this replacement was actually an upgrade (made of metal) instead of the failing plastic one I had. Equally delighted to find this shop selling them. Accurate description, great service and a while lot cheaper than having to buy a new espresso maker just for a single failing component.

Sarcastic email received when chasing up my order so I've cancelled and requested a refund. Plenty of other sites to order from for a much better experience.

I understand “2-day delivery” to mean delivered within two days, not dispatched two days after placing the order. Ordered on Saturday, dispatched on Wednesday. Another order with next day delivery was placed on Tuesday morning and delivered on Thursday. I wouldn’t recommend it if timing matters.

Spares2Reapair did a good job, much better than LG Electronics who made a crappy fridge freezer and were a nightmare with the warranty claim
