We are sorry to hear that the item arrived with damage. When you contacted us, we offered to send a replacement clip for the affected part so that the item could be used straight away, as this was the only issue visible in the photographs provided.
We also reviewed the packing images taken prior to dispatch and spoke with the team who prepared the order, which showed the item was not damaged when it left us. In addition, the delivery photographs showed no visible damage to the outer packaging.
As the item was needed urgently, you advised that you had already sourced a replacement elsewhere. We always aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible and offered a solution based on the information available at the time.

Ordered a wheel for our lawnmower and…
Ordered a wheel for our lawnmower and the wrong one was delivered. Contacted the company the woman dealing with the order took days to respond as she stated she was not in the office. Asked if I wanted a refund, I said I would prefer the correct wheel. Heard nothing so emailed again and the reply was " we refunding g your money" no explanation.

Thanks for your review. I explained that our warehouse is closed over the weekend and, due to high order levels, I would look into the issue properly on Tuesday once the team was available. I was in touch with you late on Friday and again on Sunday to keep you updated.
Once it became clear the wheel had been misidentified, I confirmed that a full refund would be processed and it was issued immediately. You were also offered the option of a refund if you preferred not to wait (on Sunday). You seemed happy to wait while I investigated, and I was more than willing to help further, so I’m sorry to see this reflected differently here.
