BEWARE NO WARRANTY OR RETURN!!!

I ordered two rear air cushions and compreasor valve, when arrived the parts were defective and were leaking more than the original part that I'm replacing. Contacted spareto with video proof of the new parts being tested and shows the leak so I asked for a return as per their policy a defictive part return cost will be covered by spareto, they never provided the return shipping label nor repllied to my emails or calls. Viktor was handling my emails but no response.

This is obviously how spareto deals with warrenty claims by simply ignoring the customers as they know the customer won't have anything to do, unless things are taken legally.

Please do your self a favor and don't deal with Spareto, do business with companies that stand on their promises.

Even for a proof check all other reviews they have the exact same issue.

Update 1: Spareto Contacted me and offered a return label, the terms and conditions are not written clearly but to make it simple basically a customer will bare the cost of return the part and in case it is found that there is a manufacturer fualt then Spareto will reimburse the amount to customer. This was not clear as in the website it's written that return for warrenty is on Spareto. Will update once I get the inputs and decision about my warranty claim.

Unfortunately, we are not able to confirm or reject any warranty claims remotely, even with videos, photos, or a simple email from the customer stating "doesn’t work." We fully understand how frustrating this can be, and we genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding as we follow the required procedures.

Based on our extensive experience, approximately 92.74% of warranty claims are ultimately rejected by the manufacturer due to incorrect installation or misdiagnosis.

Therefore, if you believe the product is genuinely faulty, we kindly ask you to return it to us for inspection. If the claim is approved under warranty, we will fully refund both the cost of the product and the return shipping expenses.

That’s the process — simple and fair.

Wrong parts

I purchased rear brake cables but one of them was different when it arrived. I emailed them but no respond. They usually replies email on time. They probably ignored my email due to their mistake.

Easy to use website

Easy to use website, most parts available at good prices. If I have a criticism it would the courier service (DHL) is very slow (not your fault).

Very poor experience!

I've ordered 4 ignition coils to replace them myself. Granted the order was placed on a bank holiday weekend and therefore expected a delay. However, after paying an extortionate amount of money for the fasted delivery option, they're yet to arrive.
I appreciated being contacted to be advised on the delay by email but since, haven't had any confidence that my order will arrive. As the blame has been on the UK bank holiday period despite the parts coming from Germany. I'm now not receiving a response to my emails and the online chat function is clearly a bot, that presents '...' and no actual response.
I need these parts to arrive like yesterday, as I have a lot of plans I need to attend over the weekend.
