From first contact and asking a hundred questions, changing my mind on what I wanted a hundred times, everything was answered super speedy and they really went out of their way to find me what I wanted. The price was fabulous, I have looked at the same hot tub for 5k more! The communication is fabulous, a very small deposit taken. And most of all the 2 guys who delivered it had the patience of a saint 🤣 I would only use these guys going forward.. A totally stress free experience ❤️

Can’t rate the is company good enough was easy to order a date and time was given and the guys were early which is rare these days !!! Both guys were polite very professional and went out of there way getting the tub set up and gave full demonstration on the tub how to use how to maintain etc etc cannot recommend enough !!!

This is the second hot tub we have purchased from Spa Revive. We only needed to purchase again as we moved house. The quality of product and service was outstanding, Luke came to fit the second one, this was seamless from purchase to installation. Couldn’t fault their knowledge. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thank you for making the whole process easy.

Excellent service. I ordered the hot tub on a Sunday evening, not expecting any communication until the next working day, however 5 mins after placing the order I received a WhatsApp from Luke confirming delivery details - great service. Leading up to delivery (10 days), Luke kept in contact to confirm access arrangements. On the day of delivery they arrived promptly and set up the hottub sharing knowledge and tips for use. We had had to remove railings for ease of access, Luke and his colleague went above and beyond offering to refit the railings. Overall a great service and product. We would definitely recommend purchasing your hottub from Spa Revive.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Loved the whatsapp communication and my questions were answered at all times of the day. There was no upsell pressure at all and when we had to change our order due to electrical issues it was no problem.

Everything was explained before delivery date and it all felt very easy. On delivery day they arrived slightly before they said they would and everything was incredibly efficient. In next to no time we had a hot tub set up and filled. The guys stuck around and explained maintaining the tub and how to use it.
Also were available to answer questions afterwards.
They were even amazing with our dogs one of which is a rescue and can be reactive.

Have already recommended this company to others and will continue to do so.

Really good price on the Hot Tub and communication was great throughout, the lads who came to install were efficient and friendly and only left after the hot tub was working and they were able to demonstrate and explain.

i had my new hot tub delivered to day ordered it on a sunday night Luke took me through the ordering ,and arranged the delivery date same night was delivered today 2 weeks later very prompt delivery by the 2 boys Reece &Steve who were allso very nolegable and polite and set it all up (hand rail cover lifter and connected up

Cannot fault this company in any way. Fantastic service. From the initial enquiry to their communication throughout was 5 star. Reece and Ste came to install our hot tub and waited until the hot tub was filled as well and showing us how to work everything. Friendly, fast and efficient. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. 👏🏼

Just had the Bally Hot Tub delivered and installed and the service was fantastic from point of order through to installation.

We had a few issues with electric supply that I had a contractor install a few days earlier but the guys from Spa Revive were really patient and got me up and running!

The tub is amazing and the instructions from the team were really helpful.

We ordered a hot tube from Spa Revive and I phoned a number of times and Luke would always give helpful advice and it was never too much trouble for him to help. The installation guys were great, worked hard and happy to help with our questions. The service is second to none. Would highly recommend to people - a great company to deal with.

Bought my Foam Spa in February but due to not having a back garden that was liveable I asked Luke to hold onto it till we had made the room & all electrics were checked for outside living, Fast forward to last week when the guys came to set it up for me ‘ & to show me how it works, ie what chemicals to use, nothing was too much trouble & felt really pleased with the service from start to finish…

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with Luke couldn’t be anymore helpful if he tried with an incredible delivery and installation service.
Far exceeded expectation with faultless communication and advice from ordering the right tub for us to the installing and talking us through it nothing was ever to much for Luke and his team.

Many thanks to the guys at Spa Revive, from the very first telephone call we were put at easy by the very friendly Luke, he explained the whole process from start to finish and answered all the questions we had at the time. We went on to order The Rio tub, Luke kept us up to date with the order and delivery details. Up on delivery 2 great lads Tommy and Reece arrived and really couldn’t do enough to explain what they were about to do, they also spent time after the install showing us around the tub, it’s features and explaining about cleaning and chemicals ect. Can’t recommend this company enough if your looking for hot tub, fantastic response time, super friendly, and amazing install staff....plus the tub is outstanding quality and looks amazing too. And fantastic price 😁

What can i say … amazing guys, Luke the owner and Rhys and Tom the installers… never felt sold too and fantastic service. The guys arrived on time, set everything up and that evening we were sat in our new hot tub … fits perfectly and so chuffed we did it … very fair price and i went for the 2 years extended parts and labour package … cant recommend enough… you will not be disappointed… keep up the good work 👍
