Only good thing was they refunded me the expedite shipping I payed. Never received my gift and I order it on the 31st of January I believe they process it on February 1st. Definitely sucks. Payed alot for it and the tracking says it has left the second orgin airport. Definitely disappointed!

Do not order from this company under any circumstances. Ordered on February 2nd and asked for expedited shipping. Checked on them 3 days later to check on everything because it hadn't shipped yet. Their representative guaranteed delivery by the 14th.

Valentine's Day came and went without delivery. Was notified today that the delivery had arrived but it hadn't. I was upstairs all day with clear view of the driveway. I live on 4 acres so it's not like they can take a different angle.

I recommend demanding an immediate refund from these people. There are laws that dictate that online sellers are required to notify customers if they know that an order is going to be delayed. Tell them that you're going to request a charge back from you credit card company and they should give you a refund.

The company is a total scam and shouldn't be allowed to do business in the USA.

Like so many others did not even get my order. Placed the order 1/29 for Valentines Day no update to shipping despite them saying it is on the way and they are expediting the shipping. When i finally asked for a refund magically they updated the shipping on their site only saying it departed and arrived a certain cities which they left blank! Obviously someone just typed up fake shipping progress. On my third party app Shop it shoed the actual shipping from the carrier they use which is from China not from California as the website states their product is made. As of 2/14 it says the carrier is still waiting for the package. They lie on every step of the way from promise to deliver by a certain date to where the product is from and any updates for my order. Do not use this site!

Ordered a month ago and the product just left China on 2/15/25. It was a horrible Valentines Day gift experience resulting in me having to do last minute shopping for my special one. I guess it was the thought that counts, great idea but terrible execution.

I won't say long as there are enough people mentioned same problem I had with shipping delay.
The parcel supposed to arrive no later than Feb 10 but it still haven't arrived and it's valentines day already.
This ruins the purpose of buying in first place.
If anyone sees this review, please walkaway and don't get scammed.

I ordered a valentine gift on January 27. It was supposed to arrive between 5 and 10 days. Today is February 14 and my order has not arrived. My Valentine is ruined. Sending emails to them is useless, as they just standard and poorly formatted replies. Keep away!

Placed an order on January 19th for a Valentine's gift. I've reached out twice to inquire about actually tracking information, but their help desk refers you to their website which doesn't tell you anything about the whereabouts of the package. At this point, there's nothing that makes me believe the order is actually on the way or that this is anything but a scam website.

Do not purchase from this company. I, like others here, will be disputing this charge with my bank.

Edit: After sending them essentially the same thing I wrote above, they finally sent me an actual tracking number, to which it stated it would be delivered in the coming days. After opening the package, I noticed that the glass was extremely dusty. While this didn't bother me initially, I found that after cleaning the glass, the dust I was seeing was actually on the inside of the product. East enough fix with a heat gun and a hot glue gun, since there's how glue all over the base, but still very aggravating.

Not only is this product not made in California or the US as advertised, the QA process in China is horrendous. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Edit: I was asked to provide other information to confirm my order (which was provided originally) otherwise my review would be deleted. You can see other posts about people having the same issue but actually being deleted. I would love to post screenshots but trust pilot doesn't have an option. Take a look at all the fake scenarios people posts in the month of March. They're trying to offset their terrible reviews and service.

Ordered well in advance for Valentine's. Now the night before it supposedly is in transit. Definitely not from the United States since it says it needed to clear customs. Will be demanding a refund tomorrow and disputing the charge with my bank. Shame on companies like this and meta, Instagram etc for not verifying them!

$75 item I ordered won’t make it on time despite having plenty of time to ship. Don’t order from this company. They don’t care. They sucker people in all before Valentine’s Day. I should wish I would have googled the reviews before I ordered. I knew something was fishy when after I placed my ordered they sent me an email with a 50% off offer. Scam company. Customer service no help and doesn’t care. Just some generic email.

They don’t ship from California. If they did it would have been on time. Can’t wait to see the quality if it ever comes. I trust the 1 star reviews.

VERY Deceitful company, I sent multiple emails asking to cancel my order over a week! ago, customer service, lies and tells you constantly it's been shipped out, and they will tell logistic to speed it up like we're stupid! We know how shipping works!!!!
when tracking shows nothing has been dropped off, I told them DO NOT SHIP OUT THE PRODUCT! and today what do they do? STILL SHIP IT OUT, Stop trying to keep peoples money!! for items they do not want, what's so hard about running a respectable honest business?!!? This has been the worst experience with a company easily!!

Got both my products before Valentine’s Day. Both the rose and the rose bear look really good in person. I’m stoked I got it in time. My partner will absolutely love it

Not a scam, but oh my god they are slow and inefficient …not to forget the lackluster customer attention.
Having paid for express delivery I was looking almost daily on their website for updates on my shipment, didn’t take long for them to "complete the product, avaitibg shipment" maybe 2-3 days. Then nothing happened for 2 weeks, not until two e-mails asking for updates and courier tracing number did something happen. A bit over two weeks after they said/claimed the order was ready for shipment they finally added a tracing number, way over the ordinary estimation and didn’t upheld the express order promise. If you do indeed order from them then do so a month, or more, before you need the item(s)!

The products themselves are okay, a bit expensive for the quality but it’s the gift market and that’s to be expected.

Scam company, ordered a bear, express shipping which they promised would be delivered on time. due to their errors, they spent 8 days doing god knows what, and when I asked them to cancel they said it was already shipped. complete lie as I have the shipment number and the courier didn't even pick up anything from them. they just don't want to refund, 5 mails or so down the line, they say the shipments will be out soon, so they admit they didn't ship anything but still won't refund, and now they completely ghost me. scam company, I lost 150USD for nothing and my Valentine has been ruined.

I ordered 2 items on January 7, 2025, intending them as Valentine’s gifts for my partner (the advertisement on Instagram looked appealing).

I continuously tracked the order status on the website, but it remained stagnant without any updates. I had to email them to request an update myself (poor service 1).

Another week passed, and the items still hadn’t arrived, with no updates provided. I had to follow up constantly (poor service 2).

I exchanged over 40 emails with them; they repeatedly gave the same excuses, such as “the package has been sent but is delayed, please wait,” or “the package is at the local office, please contact Thailand Post” (poor service 3).

I contacted Thailand Post, and they informed me that there was no order for me at all, no trace whatsoever (indicating that Sparkly Roses is fraudulent).

I emailed them again, stating that I had contacted Thailand Post and confirmed that there was no package. The local officials also confirmed this. They replied that the package was indeed at the local office and advised me to contact the office (poor service 4 – this is absurd; they keep repeating themselves without understanding the situation).

As of February 7, 2025, more than a month has passed, and I still have not received the items.
If their poor service team responds to my review here, pretending to apologize for this and that, don’t listen. It’s deceitful because they offer no real solutions, only evasive excuses. Cowards.

£55 for an AliExpress produced low quality, 2 week shipped bear with stainless steel jewellery.

Scam! Never received my order. Waiting now more than month.

I wait for 1 month, for purchase of Sparkly Roses.
But, it'll be worh it. The packages arrived in very good condition. Your service was excellent.

Found them to be very helpful to me when i inquired about my item thinking it was lost, they assured me it was still on its way and afew days later it arrived on my door
