All in all we believe it was a very good experience, given our lengthy delay after purchase due to construction delays and health issues, the communication was positive and frequent.
Delivery and installation went smoothly, with just a minor hiccup which was attended too promptly
We can now enjoy the spa…

From beginning to end a great experience!!! Michael was extremely informative when we went into the showroom and not pushy at all. We had done our research so knew which make we wanted and the Vortex Mercury was the one we picked. We were able to secure the price with a deposit even though we weren't moving into our house for 6 months and when the time came to secure the delivery, we popped in to see Michael and yet again, fantastic service, extremely professional but also personable. Smooth to get delivery sorted and the team that came and installed were also amazing, making the whole process stress free. Deliery included a great lesson in how to care for the spa and we are absolutely over the moon with it :-) THANK YOU MICHAEL and Jack and the team for a perfect installation!

We thoroughly recommend Spa World.
We have bought 2 spas from Spa World Tauranga. From the delivery drivers, to Katrina (Tauranga Manager), we have found all our contacts with Spa World to be exemplary. All staff have been prepared to go the extra mile for us and in particular Katrina, with her positive can-do attitude, has been a joy to deal with.

The Bot service and answering service is very poor.We just wanted to know if they have a filter in stock. But because the answering service just wanted an email and wouldn't direct us to a sales person. We will now look eksewhere. Stupid system I guess your sales aren't that important.

Peter as a sales person was incredibly helpful and obliging. Spaworld were patient with the delay in installation. The installers did a great job. However it would have been helpful to be able to talk to one of them before hand as the person who arranged the installations didn't know much about the process.

Terrible customer service had waited 1 hour to speak to someone and no reply. Apparently my circuit board is f..ked.for a vortex gemini only 5 years old. I think you need to talk the people with manufacturer these.

Great service from Peter at the Mt Wellington branch. Very diligent and kept in touch through the deal and the swim spa came exactly as we had been told and very well positioned and set up.
Only one very small compliant is we didn't get a lot of 1:1 training on day 1 as to how to use it. so many buttons, valves, levers, jets etc, however we are figuring it out! :-)

We have just purchased a spa from Katrina Wilson at the Tauranga showroom. She was so knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions, she even got me in to the working spa in the store after getting me to try a "dry" run in a smaller unit. We had been to four other competitor's stores (around the Waikato), before travelling to Tauranga. The whole experience from purchase to delivery has been a pleasure, as has the communication and advice, whether it be in person, via email or the very in depth YouTube videos has been second to none. I highly recommend Katrina and this company.

We are buying our first spa ever and Britney Parker is the sales representative who guided us step by step through the whole process. Five stars isn’t enough for the service we’ve received. She has a wealth of knowledge and so incredibly helpful, we got a fantastic education on our first spa. Frank and Tyson true gentlemen and a pleasure to deal with . They did a great job of installation and then they helped fix a small problem promptly and took all the stress away . Ask for them !

I posted a year ago over the appalling product their louver system and blinds were having spent $15k on them. After months of phone calls and emails they eventually refunded the blinds that simply did not work. Now a year on following high winds the pergola is damaged. We are only after parts to fix the pergola, but 3 weeks, over a dozen phone calls, sitting on hold for hours, and the area Manager Hamish telling us he'll get back to us we have still had no luck. The service continues to be lacking.

Working with Britney at the Christchurch showroom was a pleasure. She is very knowledgeable, takes time to understand what the customer is looking for and explains the options assisting in the decision making. She kept us informed and delivery occurred as scheduled.

Delivery was done by Frank and Tyson who did an amazing job for us even though it was a cold, wet day. It was tight getting it to the final site but they worked quietly and efficiently to make it happen with minimal fuss. Tyson took the time to clearly explain how the spa worked, what the buttons were for, how to operate it and how to look after it. He made sure we had the opportunity to ask questions until we were confident that we could do it all ourselves.

Overall, working with the Christchurch Spa World team (sales and delivery) was a pleasure and we have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to purchase a spa pool.

Peter at Spa world in Penrose went above and beyond the help us find the best spa for our Family including hosting a private After hours test in their showroom. Now nearly a year after receiving our Vortex Nitro we are still absolutely warped with it and use it regularly.

From the moment I walked into Spa World Nelson I was greeted by Janina with a smile and warm welcome. Janina is very knowledgeable with the products and was able to fully explain the qualities of all of the different spas. The delivery and set up process was handled with ease and well explained.Thank you Phil. I have already recommended Janina and Spa World Nelson to family and friends and will continue to do so. We are now the happy owners of a gorgeous new spa! Everything about the process has been fantastic. The showroom in Nelson had so many models to look at and compare. Our salesperson Janina was so informative and helpful-best service we’ve had in ages! The installation process was easy and Phil did a great job. Can’t wait to have our first spa tonight😀
