Our Vortex spa was installed in November, 2022. Within 2.5 years, it is no longer usable due to the quality of the spa and it's systems (noting the issue was diagnosed by their electrician). Their warranty is very limited, and their products lack the durability and quality anticipated for a spa that is merely 2 years old in contradiction with the guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. I have lodged a complaint and am awaiting feedback but if considering a Vortex spa, I'd recommend adding $3000 to the price tag that will be payable every other year.

Have had a Vortex Eon for 10 years and used weekly with no problems whatsoever. Still in great shape and looks like it will last another 10 . Really pleased with it and the service. Just replacing cover today.

Hello We got a Vortex Neon from our dealer in Usk Monmouthshire Wales UK, We had a problem with the jets they started turning a cream colour and popping the silver outer jets of , we followed the instruction to the letter. when we contacted our dealer and asked if still under guarantee , they said will contact Vortex and ask. Well friends of hot tubs and pools items are not under Guarantee Vortex told my dealer so we needed 21 the cost was high would we by Vortex again ? No Way. and now because we emptied our Neon to fit the lower jets we got codes stopped us from using it so more money getting some t**t out the fix it. Sorry for the language I'm a veteran with no money to go fixing something under guarantee... Well nothing from the Vortex people, Funny if you give them 5 stars you give you a big thank you. Give back bad feedback nothing. Vortex let us know how you feel about my feedback please or to all my friends and family who liked my tub and was thinking of getting one please get a British one not from some crap country

Poor customer service.
This is the second control board I've had to purchase for Vortex Gemini spa. Why is there not a better circuit protection built in. There is only one fuse in circuit board and doesn't blow. Instead the circuit board blows. Why did they not add another protection fuse to stop this problem occurring? Poor design for a company claiming that Vortex spa pools are high quality.

We chose this spa because it has good headrests and jets. Once installed we were told you can't use the jets at the same time as the heating so the spa can't stay hot while jets are being used. This is because there isn't enough power. I've never heard of anyone enjoying a cold spa.
The head rest broke straight away and the guy they sent out just said they are crap so people just throw them out... it has been replaced and not broken again yet so we will see.
We paid for the spa to be installed - install package 1499 so quite up there - asked the guy if we could use the bore water. He said yes no problem. It was a problem. They sent 2 guys to try to fix the water. One of them filled it with acid as it was low in acid. Second one says we need to drain the water to get the acid out. Company now say we need to drain it even though it was the technician they sent to sort it who put the acid in it. I actually trust that guy more as he has proper testing strips not the basic ones in the starter kit.
The up to temp gauge doesn't work (service centre says they're never reliable) which doesn't really matter but then why have it?
The filters also don't stay screwed in.

As per my last review, Spa New Inc and Jason LaFond from Alberta Canada took a deposit for a Vortex Swimspa from us and never delivered on it. Many excuses and years later, and with no help from either Sara or Andrew from head office, we have had to go to small claims civil court in order to get our money back. Trying to support the "little guy" and a smaller company most definitely back fired on us, and I will only deal with the large manufacturers from now on, who are willing to help out when their "authorized" dealers end up being scam artists. Thankfully we have the courts on our side, but it has been a nightmare process trying to get our almost $25,000 back.

I actually love my aqua lounge.
Trouble is I bought it as a therapy pool, it took almost a year to arrive and with all of the extra bits that needed to be done (council, fencing, concrete pad, delivery....you get the picture) it cost around $35k.
I have been trying to find a cover lifter to help me get in the bloody thing to use it but it seems that there are no cover lifters in the world that suit the unit. Most leave the cover sitting up above the edge of the spa 30cms plus.
I don’t think it would take a rocket scientist too much time to design a cover lifter that helps lift the cover and store it out of the way.
Not even a Vortex, who make the aqua lounge have devised such a high tech piece of equipment.
So, as much as I like using my swim spa when I can get into it, there is no way I would recommend anyone part with the money to buy one.
If you have the space, buy a pool.

No point in having a warranty as they won’t honour it. Have an excuse for everything. Very disappointed and would never purchase another Vortex

Absolutely love our vortex spa and would highly recommend one to anyone looking for a spa.

We have been looking for a spa for some time and it wasn't until we visited the Spa World fare in Hamilton that we were finally sold! Jason was fabulous to deal with: not at all pushy, very knowledgable, and really helped us understand the product features and benefits so well. We settled on a Vortex spa and we feel that it ticks all the boxes: very high quality across the range of measures, some lovely add-ons and all for a great price, all with exceptional service. Thanks Jason!

Absolutely enjoying our spa. Should have bought one years ago!
Salesperson asked us about our intended use and guided us to select the perfect spa. We never really thought about some of the questions asked so this made the selection easy.
It was delivered and installed with ease with a demonstration on use.
After about a week a surprise call to see if everything was going well.
Would absolutely recommend Vortex Spas
a quality product with fantastic service.

Could not be happier with my Spa, thanks to all the Vortex people for sorting all the little details for me pre arrival and getting it set up etc. Def recommend this to my friends, and Im glad I didn't buy a cheap "knock-off"version. Cant get the kids out of it! Cheers, Mal

Continual problems with my spa over 3 years very poor after sales service would not recommend this product

I made contact with vortex as our 5 month old spa had white around the jets. I received a long winded email saying I did not do chemicals correctly. The installer wrote on top on chemicals what was required which we followed. Now I’m supposed to empty again! Had just filled with 1,000 litres on town meter.... update I was advised to run pipe cleaner for 2 hours then emptt the pool,now it is worse bits of sealer are peeling off into the pool, there is no point on refilling again> I have asked To talk to another person they are trying to say it is our fault, I have made contact with consumer guarantee they have provided options available to us, if the pool is not removed by Vortex as it is not able to be used...Update I received a call from Luke general manager to advise Patrick is coming Tuesday 20. Patrick agreed their was a problem and certainly not of our doing as all chemicals were followed correctly. He agreed there is no way to fix the problem and would refer to GM it is now Friday we have not received a call from GM I will phone him today as no communication.update Patrick and I have both phoned and left messages for GM to make contact..no response so far!!

We cannot fault Vortex customer service. Second to none. There was an issue if the spa we wanted was out of stock so vortex upgraded to a better spa at no extra cost. Unfortunately when that spa arrived it was missing 10 jets. We were very disappointed but Vortex did not disappoint. They did not hesitate to put it right with a brand new vortex spa pool with upgrades. Again with no extra cost to us. The installer was amazing. Set up the spa pool and gave helpful information on how it works etc. I have no hesitation in highly recommending vortex spa pools to everyone. Thank you vortex for your number one customer service.

Just phoned Colleen at Vortex Spas about a broken spare part on my Vortex Gemini spa bought a little over two years ago. She scratched through a box in her office, found the part and is mailing it to me at no charge. What fantastic service - friendly, helpful and solved my problem. Greatly appreciated. Thank you Colleen, you are a star!

To be fair Vortex and Michelle have come through and sorted things out after 18 mths of on going issues. They have come up with a fix and a replacement that we've now had for a few week and we are enjoying it very much and fingers crossed no more issues.
Michelle has had a great approach to get a resolution and can't thank her enough and Frank sorted the instillation and kept us in the loop.
Thanks team - time to relax and enjoy.

We highly recommend the Mercury Vortex Spa. Thank you to Neisha who was extremely helpful, professional and easy to deal with in helping us to select the spa which best suited our family and the installation and follow up was 100 per cent from all involved. We love the spa.....I feel like I'm on holiday in a resort (not our backyard) with amazing jets that help ease sore neck & back muscles after a day at work or tramping; lights and bubbles which give a beautiful ambiance and what is great is it is easy maintained

Apart from some issues with the placement of the spare which wouldn't have happened if a site visit was done, we had an overall good experience. We love the spa pool and the delivery man and his supervisor Jack were excellent. We would advise that for any one purchasing a larger than normal spa that you do a site visit so they don't have the issues we had.
