The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is because the very tight packaging resulted in portions of several spinner panels being bent during shipping. I was able to straighten most of them, however they replaced the entire product. The item I obtained is high quality and the interaction with me was very efficient and prompt. I will definitely be ordering more products from this company.

I’ve never had so many issues with a company—not even just the issues, but the customer service is truly the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’m not exaggerating—this has been one of the most unprofessional, rude, and frustrating interactions I’ve had with any business. The customer service representatives are consistently dismissive and rude. If you hate your job so much, stay home.
The first time, I let it slide—maybe it was someone having a bad day. But after the second, third, and now fourth encounter, it’s clear this is a systemic problem. I’ve been respectful when contacting them, so there’s no reason for the attitude. Even if I wasn’t, customer service means dealing with issues professionally—it’s not personal.
Their product consistency is just as bad. For example, I spent months redoing my store's price tags. When I went to reorder the last set I needed, the tags were gone, with no warning or notification that it was a limited-stock item. Now I have to redo my store again. The only response I got was, "Oops, too bad."
I will avoid this company at all costs. Their lack of professionalism, rude customer service, and inconsistent product availability make them completely unreliable.

The order process was great.
It was very straightforward and easy. I received the product today and it was exactly what I wanted; great construction and built to last. My only issue is that this was my first order and I joined the mailing list to receive the10% off coupon. However I did not receive the 10% off coupon until the next day after I placed my first order.

Was looking for a grid display that was easier to fit in a standard size car and a colleague had one from Specialty Store Services. Almost immediately purchased a set. They shipped very fast and the displays are not only easier to transport, assemble, and disassemble, but are more durable than what I was using before. Will recommend to everyone I know who is tired of the larger, clunky (and cheapy made) displays that require more hands, tools, and patience!
