I recently bought the MoYu 15x15 and had a few problems, but the support team helped me quickly. I’ve bought cubes from SpeedCubeShop before (not on this account), and they were always excellent quality. I definitely recommend this shop!

Great Quality cubes, best cubing company

Amazing customer service!

Through no fault of SpeedCubeShop's or my own, my order's shipping address was entered incorrectly. Once I realized the error, I reached out and heard back soon from Steve S. I went back and forth with Steve for a few days, trying to come up with a solution.

My experience with Steve is exactly what I aim for in my own Customer Support role: fast responses, friendly and professional language, a proactive solution presented to the customer for consideration, and the willingness to have an ongoing conversation to get to the best result. This wasn't the easiest situation, and Steve handled it beautifully!!

Ultimately, my order was returned, I was fully refunded, and I placed a fresh order. My nephew LOVES the gifts he received. Thank you, SpeedCubeShop!

Everything i have ordered from this store has been great. The best prices on the newest puzzles and even the plushies are top quality. This is the first place I look now for all of my puzzling needs and accessories.

We have been ordering from SpeedCube for years--- gifts for our son & his friends. Products are high quality and durable, shipping is fast and trackable. He is excited about the Advent Calendar this year as a way to build his collection.

I order solar and martian lube, it was priced well and shipped out quickly. Arrived three days earlier than expected! The lube is nice and smooth and makes my cubes much nicer! Will buy more once it runs out!

Definitely need to shop here for your Rubik’s cubes. There’s a wide selection and laughably cheap prices. You can spend a lot of money if you want to, but you can also walk away with a big smile when you purchase the cheapest items. Fast delivery and smooth cubes.

Original cubes of great quality and a perfect t-shirt. Besides, a great costumer service and good package tracking since it arrived to the Canary Islands.
