EXCELLENT CUSTOMER FOLLOW UP

I heard that there was a computer issue but I was impressed with the diligence shown by th Ed staff at the SpeedCubeShop to reach out and service their customers. My needs were related to purchasing gift certificates for a birthday event. All went well. Thank you very much.

Wold not recomend

I bought a cube and some lubes. The cube came broken and the lubes came open so it was everywhere. They said it would take three weeks but it delayed 3 times and it took 6 weeks.

Speedcube products & customer service are excellent…

Speedcube products are excellent quality. The customer service department is top notch. They were quick in response & were able to help me in cancelling an order ( incorrect size) & reorder, offering partial store credit for an item it was too late to cancel, essentially providing that product at half price. I have also used customer service to track down a replacement part for a cube with great results. Highly recommend speedcubeshop!

The only place to get your cubes

The best place to get your cubes, their prices are literally unbeatable, their support has been immaculate and hasn’t gone down even over the years, shipping times are amazing to EU, I love SCS.
