I was surprised at how shiny this topper is and am looking into ways to reduce the shine to make it look more natural. Took awhile to get here, but that is okay. I wish the company would provide a hair clip for the front as this topper does not come with one. For those of us who have hair in front, this would be useful.

Great customer service went above and beyond expectations. This beautiful straight hair, hand tied wig from BelleTress is now my favorite, it is lightweight, comfortable and the hair is very soft and natural looking. No one would guess it’s a wig!

Spellbound Wigs is one of the best online shops from which to purchase. They have great sales, but also, and more importantly, their manufacturer does beautiful work, as the pieces I have received have been top quality. I also love the relationship with Sherri that we have cultivated over this last year. It is important to trust the people from whom you are purchasing items, but also to feel like they "hear" you when you let them know what you are looking for, or have questions. It doesn't feel so much like "a business transaction", even though it is.

The most recent purchase is Vivi by Ellen Wille and she was as I anticipated but even better. The photos rarely do the pieces justice. Love this one!

This was my first experience with buying from Spellbound and it was a pleasant one. I loved the sale price, the color of the Mane Attraction Vamp wig ( in Honey) and the shipping. Although a little slow for UPS, it still wasn't too bad. I have ordered Vamp before from a few other online places but never as low as this price point on sale. I'm very happy with my order and hope to order more down the road.
