I first made a one star review and they had me take it down and even more so now I want to give them zero. i’ve made my order about a month ago and they haven’t shipped it and gave me some tracking that won’t update. they said it themselves that it wasn’t a covid related delay and now that i’ve asked for my refund back the customer service Ines won’t answer one email. don’t buy from here. i’m gonna try to go through paypal for my refund instead.

Ordered my case on the 17th of April it is now the 4th of June, i still haven't received it a month and a half later, when in touch with spell they said it would arrive soon however i have ordered many other parcels from different brands in different countries that have all managed to arrive in much shorter time. Will not be ordering from here again or recommending to anyone.

Staff in customer service are the sweetest and so helpful. The cases from here are so beautiful, I would definitely buy more from them.

I did not receive my case but after I realised the case was taking longer than expected I emailed customer service. They were very helpful and were very informative while letting me know where my order was. After the tracking link had not changed in a few weeks it was decided that my order was lost. Spell cases offered me a full refund and were very kind in giving me a discount for my next order. Although my experience with getting my case wasn't very good their customer service were very helpful and extremely efficient in ensuring my order was found or refunded.

Fantastic customer support, our order took a little longer than we were expecting but customer support was amazing during the all time and my HONEY case is just amazing!

Placed an order in Jan 2020, never received the item (still even to date). Even after contacting Spell Cases, claiming twice that they had shipped my order when I had proof that clearly they hadn’t! They replied to my first email, then just ignored the rest of them.

Thankfully paid via PayPal and have only just received my refund! Be very cautious when ordering from here!

Not at all saying that the entire company is a scam, just giving future customers a heads up! Definitely pay via PayPal! Just a very bad experience!

Lovely case, fast delivery

Excellent customer service. Very helpful when I enquired about delivery of my item. I received it in plenty of time for Christmas and after realising, due to my own error, I had received the wrong size, I contacted them again and they replied immediately with a returns label and refund. Very pleasant and friendly to contact and nothing too much trouble. The quality of the item was excellent and we have ordered another, correct size this time!

Ordered their animal print covers (Naomi and Cindy) and was surprised by the quality. Super stylish designs at a fraction of the price you get on other stores. Their customer support was incredible when we asked about our order. Thank you so much!

Spell Cases is unique in the business, you won't find the same designs anywhere, trust me. I wish I knew this store before because basically they have got the best mix of colors and shapes for my liking. I'm even sharing this page to my friends and they really love it too!

Amazing customer service, made a mistake on my address and they quickly identified it and asked for the right address! Got my covers delivered with no hassle. These guys are amazing, totally recommend it.
