After being forced to use a new litter, I bought Hardball by A& H for my 3 vintage kitties....
no where on the box does it mention that it's scented but when I opened it, I was shocked by the overpowering chemical, flowery scent.. my eyes stung & throat hurt..I moved it to the garage for a week to air out but even after all that time, my cats refused to use it...my kitties are 20 & 15 & have NEVER peed outside the litter box but they did instead of using this product....I immediately threw all of it out..

Cats are very sensitive about smell so what moron what push a product like this & not label the box as scented???
If it had been labeled scented, I never would have purchased it..

“New Look” Essential deodorant, same Net Wt according to the package for both old and new, which is incorrect. That’s how customers get cheated. Been asking for a response by pm and email, none received.

I’m a regular user of their toothpaste and having just finished a tube of Advance White I thought I’d try the Sensitive. I don’t like it. When you put it on your toothbrush it literally runs off it’s so thin. Not at all like the Advance which stays where its put. The Sensitive also hasn’t the lovely minty fresh taste of the Advance. Come on Arm & Hammer, make it taste nicer and thicken it up. I stopped using Sensodyne when their range became more like a cream than a paste and changed to you. Don’t make me regret my decision please and improve the formula.

YOUR "SPINBRUSH" OSCILLATES AND BY NO MEANS DOES IT SPIN AT ALL, WHY DO YOU HAVE TO LIE TO CONSUMERS ADVERTISING PRODUCTS YOU KNOW VERY WELL ARE NOT WHAT YOU SAY THEY ARE. FALSE ADVERTISING IS ACTIONABLE IN CALIFORNIA!
