-See OR ask the casino licence which it operates on.
-Self exclude if you have a problem with gambling. (Breaks most countries self exclusion laws)
-Make profitable withdrawals.
-Make withdrawals in normal time. (They WILL make you wait 2 weeks and say that withdrawals are slow, and only then they will ask you to complete KYC confirmation resetting your withdrawal proggress and thus making you wait 2 MORE weeks if your lucky.)
Also even if you are a legitimate player that has not broken any rule they will try to find any reason to ban you and not your winnings, such as but not limited to: if you have a bad picture in your KYC confirmation process. (Every legitimate casino will just tell you that the pictures were unclear and that you should re-upload better pics but SPINSY straight up bans you.

It’s a scam casino strongly suggest you don’t play it at their platform i played almost 8 months there and I lost above 10k€ but I won some back but the problem is every each slot has low RTP and the website is so annoying and lags every slots, and the most frustrating part is i was VIP level 5 they just determined that to level3 and the reason was I wasn’t active and didn’t feed them enough money.

Takes 5+ days just to “review” withdrawals, and while they stall you can’t use bonuses. They only let you withdraw $800 max if you’re “level one,” and you’re limited to 3 withdrawals, each 24 hours apart. I’ve emailed multiple times and only get canned robot replies. Complete BS setup — avoid this casino at all costs - still have not even received my money. Ridiculous.

They advertised a three tire bonus system.
1. you get 100 pc bonus. 1. you get 125 bonus and 3. you get 150 pc bonus. I did the first tier an received my bonus. The second and third tier - live chat refused to give it, even though I had not spent the money on the third tier (I waited too long on the second tier w ith them I gave up. after numerous emails I still cannot the bonus that is due. I recently got very lucky and completely wagered a very unrealistic bonus bet (bonus bet was $300 and had to win and spend $19.5k to wager the bonus bet)
After wagering the bonus I was left with $5,000 so I decided to pull that out. My withdrawals were stuck in pending for roughly a month with no response as to why, even the live chat were very unhelpful. I finally got somewhere when I filed a complaint with casino guru. It was at this point I got a response from Spinsy about needing to do a KYC verification (was never mentioned to me before nor was that option even on my account)
I uploaded all the documents they asked for along with a selfie of myself just for them to turn around and say they have closed my account and deducted my funds as they have reasons to believe I'm fraudulent. No real indication as to why they came to that conclusion mind you.

Do yourself a favour and stay very clear from these scammers, they will happily take your money but wont give you a cent if you win decent amounts.

Withdrawals take an unreasonable amount of time. If you do win, your balance is stripped from you. Once 2k was removed from my balance. Another time 600 was removed from my balance. Stay clear of this site there are so many other to play on that have flawless operations.

I have been trying to receive my withdrawals from Spinsy for nearly 2 months now. I only received around 20% of my total winnings. Two of my €500 withdrawals were declined without any explanation, after being “pending” for 5 days.

Spinsy blamed my Revolut account, but I contacted Revolut and they confirmed that no transfer was received or declined on their end. This confirms that the issue is not with my bank, but with Spinsy.

Furthermore, after the two withdrawals were cancelled, I tried to withdraw €1000 (as they claim is the daily limit), but was only allowed €500. When I attempted to withdraw more, I got an error saying I had “reached the limit”. This is completely inconsistent with their advertised policies.

I have submitted all required documents long before the expiration of my previous ID, yet they keep delaying verification and responding with vague excuses.

I am in full contact with Casino Guru and have forwarded all emails and screenshots. If this is not resolved soon, I will take further public and legal steps.
