If I could rate zero I would.... 1 is more than they even deserve. They are a scam! They offer a very inviting welcome bonus just to get your info and money. Promised 200 free spins and gave me 1 stupid grab at the mechanical claw and no free spins. And their agents are unhelpful and ignorant. Sent a screen shot of the offer and the chat ended. 3 idiots later I still am not getting what I paid for and now my info my bank info my privacy has been compromised. That offer was the only reason I even made a deposit....

several problems with Spinsy casino
Is this the worst casino ever made? Well read my reasoning below to decide.
• Spinsy doesn’t offer “cooling off” only allows you to close your account. This is not good for those who have won more than their “daily withdrawal limit” as the balance will be sitting on their account, while they fight the temptation to bet it.
• Spinsy doesn’t allow you to withdraw more than CAD $750/day, but only allows 1 withdrawal pending at a time. Strategically combining this with not allowing gamblers to disable betting on their accounts is almost a guaranteed recipe for disaster
• Spinsy takes more than 3 days for withdrawals, but will not allow you to pre-verify your account so that they can purposely delay the withdrawal process. After 3 days, they will cancel the withdrawal request and ask you to send verification despite support AI bots constantly telling you that “verification is not required for everyone” when you want to pre-verify.
• Spinsy has fake chat support that are AI bots, and they only reply with the same responses. Even if you send an email to the support team, its all AI bots again. Its impossible to speak to a real person at this casino. I don’t even think they employ a single real person…
VERDICT: as someone who won $1,000 off of a $100 deposit and is pending his first withdrawal for nearly 4 days, stay far away from Spinsy casino.

Takes weeks to withdraw
Withdraw process is a shambles. If you are lucky enough to win at all. Depending on your level you can only withdraw 500 Euro a day (But cant have more than withdrawal in process at a time) So its more like 500 per fortnight. Customer support is rubbish. Complete scam avoid.
