Each section was explained well
Each section was explained well, not too long so I stayed engaged and was able to fit into my busy schedule. I started each day with a section first thing in the morning and carried each lesson learned throughout the day, reflecting on it at night before sleeping. I did not feel or notice a big change in my life, but felt more awareness during each day on how to move calmly and more decisively through situations without panic or fear. The messages were relevant and did not seem overbearing in nature.

Great starting point into the basics of Tai Chi
T lessons were easy to understand and to follow .I like to repeat the lessons allowing me to get all of the info in each one, The explanations of Tai Chi were very helpful as well.
