Sadly the paint tin arrived empty after being trashed by the idiots at parcel force. Rang Splat and they got a new one dispatched and delivered within 24 hours to the opposite end of the country! Well done

I called the company and was reassured to learn they use an actual Farrow & Ball tinting machine and offer a 30-day returns policy. The website is also very professional, which gave me further confidence in their reputation.
After placing my order, i had a query and was impressed that Jamie, the owner, personally reached out via WhatsApp, providing his direct number. He resolved my issue promptly and efficiently.
