Stay away, have ordered a few products from this company. all good.
But the moment it goes wrong they don't want to know.
received an incorrect item, tried to contact them, but to no avail. Left voicemail messages & emailed them.
bloody rubbish, do not use.

Cheap, reliable and long lasting rope

Ordered an item which on their website said would be delivered by Christmas but it wasn't, still not delivered. No reply to voicemails, emails or even using whats app Given up expecting the item to be delivered so asked for a refund but so far so reply, am not holding my breath. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

If possibe should be minus 1 ordered an item on ebay as an extra birthday present on the 12th ( Birthday 17th)
andd paid the surcharge for a 24 hour delivery. Next day courier shows tracking number issued on the 13th.
Wednesday 14 check yodel website and it says 7.04 am at depot for courier (about 4 miles away) so stayed in and late morning still showing at depot.
ContactedYodel chat line only to find they not only sent it the day after order but by 48Hr plus. Was prepared to go and collect from the depot but that needed the seller to sort bou nthey never pick up the phone both by the ebay contact number of the one on their web site. Have now notified tham that will have to go out and try to buy locally or get an alternative prrsent and will be out on Saturday.
Yodel seldom knock or ringh the bell to advise delivery but just leave in open view on the path, which being in open sight has created an epedemic of parcel theives looking for free presents, car boot stock or items for facebook market palce. Stay away from the bunch of sheisters who appear to have no cencern for the customers just their cash. Paypal are advising ebay which way they want them to do and refund as not as order agreed.

Placed an order on 30 November, never received.
Continuously ignored ever since.
This is a scam site.
Avoid at all.costs.

Great postage service. Although the board had a little marks on the wood so not sure where did that come from. Otherwise it’s good quality

Great products and customer service- super quick delivery

I ordered a small hurdle to use for our son's cricket coaching. The product was despatched quick but delivered broken. I sent a photo of the breakage to Splay Sports customer service team. I was amazed at the speedy response from Harry who said he'd send a replacement. He did so without quibble anti arrived the next day. I confess this exceeds the responses I tend to get in these circumstances, not least when the only way to communicate with businesses is online, often through a bot. I am really delighted with the service.

I purchased the agility trainer kit - this was recommended by a dog physio to make my dog use the muscles of his back legs after he pulled a muscle running. Does what I want and reasonably priced.

I ordered a Carrom board from this site.
On arrival the main playing board had some bad chips on it.
I have sent 6 emails in total and still no reply.
Also the contact number assigned to there website doesn’t work.
Very disappointed with customer service.
I’m not going to say don’t order from this site but just know if it’s faulty or broken you will not get any response

The gloves arrived very quickly and the quality is great, used them 3 times already and there are no tears or damage of any kind, The gloves are holding up well.

Very reasonably priced goalkeeper gloves, the glove market is crazy nowadays, but for the price I really think these can’t be beaten.

We've ordered equipment through Splay for our school workshops and the service has been great. Good communication, good quality and delivered on time.
