Some of your people, Cali and David Hofmeir were great, and solutions oriented. The ball got dropped in the paperwork process and this would not have come to fruition if you had not interceded. I suggest a training program on your post approval process team. I did not feel welcome or appreciated. All in all, a very good and occasionally frustrating process. I have already referred you. Splitero worked hard to complete my investment loan. The process was easy. We had some hiccups but nothing that they couldn't handle. In the end the closing happened and we were able to get $ needed.

They make sure that every part of the process is complete, they will double check, and will answer any questions you may have. My process took a little bit longer but I was great full for that because they wanted to make sure nothing was wrong with the application.

Splitero is a great company and they stand by what they say. Excellent communication and timely service. We had a great experience. I urge everyone to educate themselves about the Home Equity Agreement Process before signing any documents. It is not like a normal mortgage, it's not for everyone. So do your due diligence, however it can be very useful. AAAAA+++++

From the beginning to the end, everyone I came in contact with were excellent. They answered all questions and explained everything.

I applied for Splitero on-line in less than five minutes. I was pre-approved immediately. I was contact by a representative within ten minutes. The representative explained how it works and answered all my questions. I was then connected with a loan Processor and provided the information needed. That took about a week. After all required information was collected, it was submitted to Underwriting a couple days later I was fully approved. Note, no appraisal was needed. We then scheduled closing. I met a Notary at a coffee shop down the street and closed in fifteen minutes. Five days later the funds were wired to my bank. The entire process was less than four weeks. I can repay anytime within the next 24 years with no monthly payments. I have good credit and the faster you can provide the required documents the faster the process goes. My questions were quickly answered throughout, Response time was immediate or less than a day. I am now debt free except for my first mortgage and still have substantial equity remaining in my home. I am retired and on limited income due to rising costs of everything my monthly bills rose higher than my income; now I have residual monthly income and plenty of cash in the bank making interest. I should mention I tried HELOC, cash out refi and was turned down due to debt to income ratio. I highly recommend Splitero. The entire process was smooth. I thank Don (Advisor), Valerie (Processor) and Tiffani (Closer) for their excellent work and all others involved. 👏

Easy process closed within a week

The time that it took to complete each step of the home equity agreement process could have been more convenient. Not being able to get in touch with the person who is spearheading you through everything was nerve racking draining at times. Not being able to utilize more of my homes' equity was disappointing because the proceeds from my closing was not enough for me to pay down my debt and have anything left for home projects or any unexpected repairs. I was also displeased to find out that as soon as my closing was completed Splitero handed my files over (the next day) to RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC for the servicing of my agreement with Splitero.

Prompt and thorough. Agents were very communicative and explained every step.
