Very helpful, it was like they were holding your hand through the process over the phone. I had access to them at anytime. All of them made my whole experience easy and fast.

Every thing was great and done very fast, Was very happy with the results.

I applied 2 other HEI companies before Spiltero. They gave me the runaround for months and kept requesting the same documents multiple times.
Splitero was all over it. They retrieved info from county records I didn't need to do it for them like their worthless competitors. They also offered me more cash out than the others. The experience was quick and easy. They were very nice to converse with as well and keep me in the loop at the precise time needed.
Answered all my inquires and I had many. I am an active Real Estate Agent and former loan officer with expertise in mortgage industry and I would recommend Spiltero to anyone who does not have enough equity for a reverse mortgage or cannot qualify for cash out refi.

The communication during my process was exceptional. Although I think the repayment terms are excessive but I appreciate the opportunity to get my life back on track.

Good experience

Splitero agreements are one sided in their favor. When you sell your home, their agreements allow them to calculate a market value of your home that is greater than what your sales price. They select what sources they want to use to support their market value and you do not have any control of it nor is it transparent. They have a dispute clause in their agreement; however, they have complete control over that too. These are complex and difficult to understand. Once you sign with them you have lost control over the outcome.

These people work fast and they do what they offer. As simple as that.

When I needed $$$ out of equity to keep going, Splitero and Brianna and another lady whose name I cannot remember right now were there for me.
I know the interest rate is nor swell but beggars cannot be choosers!

Cannot thank the Splitero team enough for all of their hard work in helping me access my homes equity. Not only is their process so much easier/faster than applying for a HELOC, refinance or reverse mortgage, there are no income or credit requirements and you have up to 10 years to repay. Imagine, no mortgage payments for 10 years. This gave me the breathing room I needed. What a relief. So glad I went with Splitero and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an easy way to access your home's equity.

Everyone was very helpful and patient with all questions I had and also nice.

All the people that work or that was involved with Splitero was great. Very kind and professional. We just wish that we would have known how long the process takes. Because it takes almost a month, before you get your funds and it could be longer if you have other problems. So don't be in a rush.
