The gummies themselves are small and taste delish, so I don't dread taking them. I'm on week 2 and it appears that I'm sleeping 2-4 hours more each night than I had in the weeks before. I'm still taking my other sleep meds, but there is a definite difference. That said, I have tried other products before that lasted for a few weeks, then wore off. I'm hoping that doesn't happen here.

My husband and I have been taking the gummies for approximately two weeks now. We’ve both been experiencing deeper sleep and better mood during the day. We are very happy with this product and would highly recommend to everyone.

I’ve been using the magnesium gummy’s and the k and d vitamins for around two weeks and I have to say they seem to have helped my sleep quite a bit. The only issue I have with them is that pretty pricey to make them an everyday routine. If they were more affordable though id make them a daily routine from now on.

Delivered on time. After a month I have noticed an improvement in my sleep.just received my second order. Looking forward to the next month

I’m sleeping very well since I have started taking these at night

I am only on my first month, so I'm not sure this is a verifiable improvement, yet. I do seem to be getting sleepy easier now. This is really saying more than it sounds like. I have been a severe insomniac for a very long time and it got worse a year ago. Nothing, absolutely nothing works for me. Not the prescriptions the Dr tried, over the counter or TV offerings, nothing. I gave up trying. No one will give me real sleeping pills for good reasons, I'm sure, but they are the only thing that works, so if this sleepy phase lasts or even improves, it's a big deal for me.
I only got this Bisglycinate magnesium as I have very bad muscle cramps and the "other" magnesium wasn't helping, so I read about this form being better absorbed and ordered it for the muscle issue. No improvement on that, yet, but fingers crossed.
Ask me again in a couple of months to see if I have experienced a real improvement.

I like the sleep I’m getting and actually not being awakened with leg cramps is a big plus but it hasn’t done anything yet for my husband, who wakes multiple times during the night and frequently can’t get back to sleep. If you have any tips to help, please let me know. It’s only been a week, so I am hopeful.
