I love this product
I love this product! I started about 2 weeks ago and my sleep is better, not waking in night. More energy when I wake up, and not drowsy. My energy is so much better. Anxiety is less than it’s been in a long time. So far so good. Highly recommend.

After years of waking up multiple times…
After years of waking up multiple times each night, I am amazed at the effectiveness of these Magnesium Bisglycinate gummies. My sleep quality has skyrocketed because I'm not waking up repeatedly in the night. I even look forward to lying down and turning the light out now knowing that I won't have a battle to fall asleep!

The real reason I bought these gummies
When I bought these gummies, I didn't think I had a sleep issue. I bought them because I had a pain issue with sore muscles. Turns out I now sleep like a log at night and I don't need as much sleep to feel totally rested. Mind you I have been on other forms of highly absorbable magnesium supplement and magnesium cream for quite a long time, so as soon as I started the gummies I felt it straight away. Very grateful. This stuff really works!!!
I have been trying magnesium for years. My latest attempt was a spray for the bottom of my feet, right before bed. Tried it for a few weeks and was still seeing the moonlight at 3am. 😫. I always feel I'm getting sucked in when these companies have long videos and explanations. Seems too good to be true. Even when it does work, it's usually only short term. This one is different. 2 gummies at bedtime and within a half hour my eyelids are heavy and I'm off to dreamland. The best part? I'm no longer waking up in the middle of the night! I wake up in the morning feeling rested. Finally!!! The best part? I'm on my 3rd bag (3rd month) and it hasn't stopped working!! Yes, I highly recommend this product.
