Just used William hill on London road in southend and the customer service was abysmal, the person who served me I think was the manager and he tried his best to make me feel stupid. As a business that is closing shops you would think that they would try to make you feel welcome but it was the opposite stay away from William hill on the London road

Perfect ella past the post fair and square, a stewards enquiry after the race had been won, found that ella was a wrong weight and was later disqualified, so then winnings were removed from the account.

I choose a favourite ella to win, and it won, and william hill paid the account my winnings, surely its wrong to then remove the winnings for something which happened after the race, atleast return the stake of the bet due to the unforseen circumstances, to take a winning bet feels like youve mugged me off, then i find out my mate who uses skybet still has his winnings in his account and that they have a past the post rule. However to remove a winning bet fully without returning the stake is totally wrong, aint a punters fault if horse later turns out to be overweight.

I've been a customer with hills for some time now and unlike other bookies during my membership I have never had a free bet off them. Bookies like ladbrokes always offering free bets but not 1 of hills. Anyway I like the casino I only usually won a few times so no issues with the casino platform.

Yesterday won a tidy £300 for a deposit of £25 so proceeded to withdrawal. It now appears that no payments are processed over the weekend. Hills are meant to be one of the big 4 I was stunned when the CSA told me that my withdrawal request on Friday wouldn't go to my PayPal till Monday. So I'm now in the process of weeding out bookies that dont make fast payments via PayPal.

Another issue there is no cash out on each way bets again not following suit . I cannot support a bookie that does not make payments over the weekend that is just sheer madness.

Customer services are Brill playing platform on blackjack Brill but snail paced payout via PayPal is an absolute disgrace.

I put £50.00 on my account from a certain debit card. I won, did not fancy another bet so went to withdraw balance back to debit card I used to place £50.00 deposit.
It states monies must go back to original card you used. But that’s not so. It goes back to Card you place most deposits with.
Was talking to young lady when I did not agree with her she cut me off.
Rang back spoke to young guy gave same account username details as I gave young lady, “ no sir no account in that username, let’s try postcode”! Gave postcode as I did earlier to young lady sorry sir don’t have that postcode. What is happening in this world why do these companies play with us.
So I withdrew monies to whatever card and closed account.

They have just started a new policy of banning and restricting any account that shows a profit over just 1 week.
If you like to bet £10 or £20 they will limit your account using their software to £0.15p.Yes I am serious they let you bet 15p .
When you call them and ask for a bet of 15p they say minimum bet £10(Which you cannot bet as you are restricted)
The worst part of it all is William Hill contact other bookmakers that you may have accounts with and tell them you are a winning customer.So those bookmakers instantly restrict your account to less that £1 a bet.
Please everyone tell your friends NOT to use Willam Hill because they guarantee to make sure you never have an account in profit and will call other bookies giving you name and details as a winner.
The Gambling Commission are in the pockets of the bookies and will do NOTHING to help you.

Just a footnote.When the helpline assistant said you are only able to bet 15p online on the horses/football etc they direct you to the FOBT vegas style roulette and Slot machines and tell you there is no restriction and you can bet unlimited.
William Hill are the first bookmaker to circumvent the new FOBT rules set out by the government and could not care less about the many many young working class youth who have committed suicide using their FOBT betting shop machines.
