admitted they had calculated my bet wrong,customer service told me that it would be corrected within 24hrs,but nthing has happened,i spent over 30 minutes on the phone to them,and they are charging 60 pence a minute,for the call,and dont get it right,nice work

I tried to register and my account was closed for "poor ownership standards" or some other rubbish. How can it be poor when you wouldn't even let me log in to do anything? Avoid.

William hill did not let me access my deposit for months, they were asking me to send proof of my Id, selfie, and passport photo (which i send more than once) luckily i found thisisgambling.com and those guys have helped me. without them I doubt I would have gotten my deposit back!

One of the better betting companies for sports betting. I can’t comment on casino or gaming. App is average but they have some good promotions. As with all bookies if you win they take the promotions away and restrict the amount you can bet. The betting industry really is a joke.

Absolute disgraceful service and treatment by one of there agents quinn I'm over 80 with dementia forgot my password sent a picture of driving licence and a copy of utility bill and close up of address still wasn't enough asked him to get manager he wouldn't do it utter disgrace

My wife opened an account and deposited £40 ,she then gets a welcome email etc.She places £40 of bets,then she gets an email asking for proof of id,,passport,driving licence,utility bill and a picture of front and back of debit card used for deposit.My wife is not happy to send all this just for a betting account,plus why is it not asked for before you deposit money ?The bets run and there is a return due of £60 which they wont return because she wont send the data,so..... they can take your money but dont have to give it back?
I think any bets struck before they asked for id should be honoured surely?otherwise its no better than common theft..now watch WH quote the following re ,this is to stop money laundering etc,

Hi I recently opened an account with William hill I deposited well over 1000 pounds as soon as I win £275 and and asked for withdraw they shut my account down and tell me that I have a duplicate account yes I did open an account years ago but I forgot the login details so I made a new one they said I could only have one and decided to keep open the one from years ago which I have never even used therefore my winnings and the other account is gone dirty rotten scumbags I feel as all they have beat me up and Rob me blind

I begrudge giving 1 star, It is now 24 days since william hill suspended my account and all I'm getting is my account is under review by higher management, £725.12 they owe, all I get is its under review still no time is given, not been funny but they quick enough to take my money I deposited from my bank account so I want my winnings. They are a joke and thieves and constantly fobbing me off everytime, is it because william hill is selling company and owes furlough back

After a couple of wins, they will effectively close your account. Only losers are welcome to bet with them.

If there was an option for no stars I would have chosen it, this company are taking money from people and not giving them a chance to win it back, games do not give the feature options that you will require to get to, if you want to win anything big.

I spoke to online customer service and raised concerns, I was told "You are just having a bad run, try a different game" - This was after I lost several thousand pounds and asked why I was not given ONE feature option.

Games repeatedly play in loops, you load some money and lose, then you load more and win some back, then it takes that off before you get a chance to recoup any losses. I then asked what percentage the games paid out, the representative told me, "Our games should not be taken seriously, pay outs are random and differ at all times" So basically don't play there games, you will not win - I can guarantee that. My account was suspended in the early hours of this morning, no notification until I went to the online support desk, I then received an email to say they would not give me access until I contacted them. I did this and have lost around 10 thousand pounds recently, no questions asked, just happy to take my money.

I have failed 3 times to withdraw my money £126.26 from my betting account.They are withholding .my money and keep putting it back in my account,which I don,t want. Some few hours later I have now received finally my cash into my own account.Thank You.Carl Evans.
