Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. the quality and finish of the product I purchased is terrible, sharp edges on corners. poor assembly guide, the customer service respond times are +10 days and are unwilling to answer any questions or take any responsibility. Telephone lines are non operational. The cost to return one item was in access of £100.00.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
In November 2025, we purchased a 12ft trampoline as a Christmas present for our children. Assuming the product would be fine, we waited until December 20th to assemble it, so the surprise would be ready for Christmas Day.
My wife and I followed the instructions carefully, but when attaching one of the final curved poles, we noticed it looked different from the rest. We tried to continue, but it quickly became clear something was wrong—the steel frame was bending and creaking under pressure. We immediately removed the springs and disassembled the trampoline for safety.
I went to the company’s website and found a notice stating their phone system was down and all communication had to be via email. Given the time of year, I knew we wouldn’t get a response before Christmas. Thankfully, we had another gift ready for the kids.
When support finally replied, they directed me to a link showing how to bend the steel back into shape. After paying hundreds of pounds, being told to manually bend steel left me speechless. Not only does this compromise the structural integrity, but it also poses a serious safety risk for children.
I repackaged the trampoline and requested a full refund. Instead, I was met with their returns policy and offered a replacement part. At this point, my trust in the product was gone—I would never allow my children or their friends to play on equipment that failed straight out of the box.
Long story short: they refuse to refund us. I am now escalating this to Trading Standards and my bank to recover the loss.
Terrible product. Terrible customer service. Save yourself the headache—AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Shitty company payed over £16,£3.50 was for next day delivery shipping with shite royal mail. Next day delivery my arse. Seller requested a refund on the stupid package which was a pump for my bike suspension dont know how but he/she did, Never got my package nor my £16 od quid. Avoid this shitty company

Terrible customer service. Watch out they only have a 14day returns policy which makes it virtually impossible to return a Christmas present. I phoned immediately after Xmas but they were shut. I sent email but as they were closed they did not reply. They advised me to sell the product on eBay. Got the impression that they would make it very difficult to get a refund or allow a return, but over Christmas sticking to their 14day policy makes it impossible.

I Just to worn people of the bad experience , I have had with this company. I spent over £200, on a pool table when it was opened on Christmas day the table was damage, holes for screws don't align up glue all over the back of the table, where its been glued. stained cloth. I could go on.
When emailed the company they wanted to blame the courier, this isn't the couriers faults its poorly made, and won't resolve the problem because its wasn't open on the day of delivery.
My advice is do your research first

I purchased a Trampoline at a great price but spoke to them first about delivery as I wanted it for a specific date, they confirmed Monday or Tuesday the following week and it arrived AM Monday. I started assembling it on the Wednesday and soon realised there was a part missing that was integral to securing the frame, a few springs were also pointing the wrong way and two mat securing rings came out whilst fitting the mat. I emailed them using their website and then called and spoke to Millie in Customer Services she was very helpful and confirmed she would get it resolved and email me that day - which she did. After reading the reviews on here I was a little concerned and emailed her again asking her to confirm when the parts would be shipped as her first email said "Soon" her reply this morning was
"Thank you for your email, I did try and give you a call but it went to voicemail. I made sure these were shipped from us yesterday and I can confirm these are out for delivery today for you 🙂
I hope your son has a great party! If you have any questions please let me know."

On reflection I would have paid a little more and purchased a different brand but the quality is OK/good and its fit for purpose. Ill update this review when the parts arrive but as far as customer service goes they get 10/10.

I ordered a trampoline recently, it arrived in an orderly fashion, I did have an issue when putting it together however as one of the top bars was different from the rest (11 spring holes instead of 12) which meant one spring wasn't connected. I emailed to express my concern but didn't get a reply, upon reading other peoples reviews I thought I was not going to get the problem sorted so emailed them again, I had a reply the following day saying the wrong part had been ordered, a few days later it arrived at my house and is the correct part. So overall I am happy that they dealt with my issue reasonably quickly and without fuss, the only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that I didn't get a response from my 1st email. I'm surprised that other people have had such issues when my was sorted quickly and to my satisfaction, for this reason I would order from them again.

Avoid!! Purchased a trampoline at the end of March for our daughters birthday.. It arrived late and when we came to build it found that we couldn't. 3 sections of the frame were missing along with (unbelievably) the jump mat and a broken clip that holds the safety net up. Long story short they say they have ordered the parts, we haven't received a tracking no and in spite of numerous emails they have gone quiet. Conveniently their call centre is closed due to 'Covid' so communication is less than satisfactory. I have asked for our complaint to be escalated to a manager and for them to contact me regarding collection of the faulty item and a refund.. I refuse to pay to send something back that is not fit for purpose! If they resolve the issue I will change my review but having now read some of the others I'm not holding my breath..
**UPDATE** We have received the parts needed to build the trampoline! It's up and we now have one very happy little girl!! However, I would still recommend going elsewhere as Customer Service is not their forte.. I found the whole process of trying to sort things out very stressful, made even worse by not being able to actually speak to someone.. Fingers crossed for anyone else with issues that they get their call centre back up and running soon!

So I still have no response apart from a email saying do I want to arrange collection and I replied immediately and had no response that was 5 days ago. I have stated several times what I want to happen so it’s not a question that needs to be asked. When will the faulty item be collected so I can have a refund????

Ive had to spend £75.00 to send my trampoline back as i could not assemble with parts provided . the suppliers warehouse have told me this is not the case and it is just due to us not being capable of the assembly .Either way i have had to pay for the return ,expensive due to the weight . order number was#400050183. Has been a week since goods have been received by there warehouse and i still not received my refund .

Bought an exercise bike from them about 3 months ago. arrived with broken and missing parts etc. On two occasions they have said the parts have been sent out basically just telling lies to fob me off. Absolute shocking service avoid at all cost.

Ordered a spinning bike. Item arrived two days later. Easy to put together and great bike for the money (£229.99 racer exercise bike) . Hadn't read the reviews until after order placement so I didn't have high hopes of it arriving on time or being of decent quality. How wrong I was!

I received my treadmill on Tuesday and I have to say the first thing I noticed was the absolute tatty state of the box when it arrived, it was muddy, ripped and just battered to say the least. Then when we came to assemble the treadmill, the top part of the treadmill which contains the controls is too big for the actual treadmill itself and too wide so both pieces do not match. For the money I have paid for the product, the whole service in general is not what should be expected. The most frustrating thing of all is that we have emailed now several times and tried to call but nobody has gotten back to us which is shameful as I want a full refund. This is a very large and heavy piece of kit, we struggled to set this up and now we are left with a useless piece of equipment that will now require packing and sending back.

Swimming pool ordered and paid for online but never delivered. When chased up (after persisting and with great difficulty) the company said it was delivered and refused to reimburse. The company to date has not returned the money nor provided the pool. Very poor service. I can not comment on the pool as it never arrived. Please be careful and don’t loose your money

I bought a treadmill, which arrived broken and I have written to the company 4 times asking if someone would telephone me to discuss, whether they can help me make it work or how to return it and I have still not heard from them!!!! It is disgraceful customer service and makes me very nervous about the company. I am still waiting to hear back from them.

I wanted to be fair with my review so here goes. I purchased a spin bike in March. It came in may which was fine. It’s been ok, not the best but ok. However the tension rode has sheared becsuse I have used it a lot. Emailed them and eventually they replied and sent me a replacement... great I though. Worked for a few weeks then same again. I’ve told them I want a new bike or full refund. That was a month ago. Not heard anything so emailed agsin today. Contact is very slow.

Ordered a bodytrain treadmill and very pleased. Was on my doorstep on the isle of wight just 50 hours after I ordered. Machine is great, so glad I wasn't tempted by cheap ones. Good solid, quiet, great size and working really well. Many thanks for a great service in these tricky times

Ordered from Sports and Leisure after having a phone call with one of the team confirming that all orders placed before 15:00 are dispatched the same day, I ordered at 11am and it took over 5 days for the product to leave the warehouse despite persistent contact which was handled very poorly, clearly have very little care for their customers timescales and certainly don't live up to their promises of delivery times.
