Gosh I read these reviews on Trustpilot and I wanted to cancel my order. Bear in mind they may be a self selected sample, and that happy customers are not motivated to come on here. However, for me I got every single piece of equipment and every single screw and bolt in perfect condition. My order was a Body Train 4 station workout multigym (also known as the Strength Master Advanced 7 Station Home Multi Gym), and it fit together fine and works fine. For #580 I got a gym that would cost thousands more with another company. It came in 8 boxes, and although a couple of boxes were damaged, the actual contents were complete to the very last washer and nut. Thanks, and hope the company is able to help other customers too.

It’s has now been 4 months since I sent photos of faulty basketball hoop and stand ,rusting pole cracked base and scratched back board.You get a answer to a email within 4 weeks great!!!still no further forward.ps they don’t answer phone calls

This is my 2nd review. I bought an exercise bike in April 2020 which was faulty and rusty.

Very limited response from this company and they take at least a month before you hear from them, to get nothing but 1 sentence reply to try and stall you.

Last correspondence I received was in July to say a courier has been appointed to get the bike and they will be in contact.

It is now almost September, nothing. A courier was not appointed. They lied. To again get away with giving me a refund.

Absolutely disgraceful and an absolute con.

Do. It waste your time and money in this company, you will only be robbed and disappointed!!

I cancelled an order which they still delivered, which I rejected. No answer on the phones. I eventually got a chargeback from my bank. These people will be reported to trading standards. Do not buy from them.

Like many others on this site, I received a faulty spin bike (- the handlebars did not stay in position, so it would have been impossible to do any climbs, holding onto the top of the bars). The bike has been returned to the company. No sign of a refund. The phone lines are closed. No response to emails. I will be taking this further via resolver.co.uk and my bank.

I purchased a £300 treadmill. It blew the electrics when turned on and has not worked since. J have sent over 40 emails with no response! I also have contacted my bank! They are a shambles of a company and I’m sure what they are doing is breaking the law! I have a huge box in my conservatory and £300 out of pocket! Do not purchase from this company!

Awful. I had a spin bike delivered during lockdown but it is much too small for my height (5.11, not exceptionally tall). I wanted to exchange, didn't mind if I had to pay more for a larger model but they do not respond. They completely ignore all emails (I did get one response saying I could exchange but no answers now since June) and phone lines claim to still be closed due to covid. I have raised a complaint on Resolver to begin with. For the others in the same position go to resolver.co.uk to raise a case. Also see government website for distance selling rules for business to see the rules they should be complying with. Also to see if you are entitled to a refund (yes because products were purchased without being able to see them).
I will continue to esculate.. If anyone finds their refund policy (which should be available on their website by law) please post. As they are not open, the 14 day (or whatever it is) cannot have begun yet but any evidence of how they claim to deal with complaints will help.
If you need any other evidence that they ignore customer issues, look at business transparency on this website and you'll see that they have not responded to any customer complaints in the last 12 months

Beware of this company. Do not place an order. I have been waiting 2 months for a refund on an order they could not deliver. Police should be involved on their operation.

Awful customer service!!
Received a trampoline last week and after putting it together, quickly realised that the jump mat is too small!! Looks like the 2 boxes they’ve sent are different styles of trampoline. I have sent numerous emails as the phone lines are shut and also numerous messages through website. No reply at all!! I’ve got two very disappointed children and it’s looking like I’ve wasted a substantial amount of money!!

Poor service. I requested a refund and after some time they got back to me and said they would send someone to collect the item then I would receive a refund. They told me they would send me the collection details however I did not receive anything. The collection driver came when I want home. So I had to reschedule a collection. The item was collected more than two weeks ago and i still haven't recieved a refund yet. I have sent countless emails but with no reply.

They advised last week a refund had been processed, surprise surprise I have not received. I think they advised me of this to keep me quiet. I will not give up until I have had my refund. This is out of hand

Do not order from this company. Ordered a spin bike and couldn't believe how quick it arrived. On building it all looked great however after 8 min on bike it broke. Contacted company repeatedly and no reply. Have had to raise dispute with credit card company as £200 is a lot to lose.

UPDATE the day after I posted this I have finally been refunded. This is exactly 6 weeks to the day the item was collected! Literally zero communication- they could have even emailed to say it was at least being processed! Felt it only fair to update..

My nightmare has now been going on for 3 months - the item I ordered was not as described and I contacted them immediately. It took a whole month to get any reply, and when I did they apologised it wasn't as described and I could return for a full refund. I then had to wait until end of May for further contact (they are using Covid to not take any phone calls) and the item was collected 28th May (I have proof) It's now 8th July and I still have not had my money back, I've had zero communication from them and I feel like I've literally had my money stolen from me. I do not have my refund nor do I have the item - they have both! I'm absolutely disgusted at how they treat customers and I will be taking this further. AVOID at all costs!

was worried as i didn't read reviews until after i had placed my order, needn't of worried though as the service was outstanding.i ordered a 16 ft trampoline on Wednesday at 12 45 and the courier was knocking on my door at 1305 the following day . absolute amazing service ,and the trampoline is brilliant quality.
easy to put up and it doesn't squeak when the kids are using it . a lot of these bad reviews for this company have been placed whilst we have been in a country wide lock down , so service will have been effected . like lots of other company's .

Ordered a 8ft 6 steel pool for £119 and they sent me a £35 5ft my first steel pool. Have sent loads of emails, and off course no reply from the company. Very shocked by this and will be taking this further. Have contacted my card service and will be contacting trading standards, I will also be putting a negative review up everywhere. Other companies seem to be running perfectly from home during the current COVID situation, I don’t see why they can not especially seeing as the warehouse is still operating. So much for their staff working through the emails day and night!!!.

Ordered a barbell on May 7th which was never delivered. After many emails they said a refund will be sent, which is all lies. Trading standards are now looking into this fraudulent company. My bank are in the process of giving me a refund,their fraud department are investigating this scam company. I feel sorry for the people who have spent hundreds on sports equipment from this pathetic company. They like to try and block all the negative reviews I have noticed.

UPDATE 16,7.2020
I advised my bank regarding the troubles with this company and the bank refunded my full amount including delivery charges after providing them evidence. I am sure the bank will be contacting them shortly. Note I paid with a debit card as this company did not take credit cards. So hopefully the majority of the customers with the same issue will have some success.

They arranged a delivery to collect the faulty machine without informing me on 15 June and they still have not refunded my money. It's 3 months since the purchase. They have the returned product and I am out of pocket. No communication and they are sitting on my money. I can see others customers have the same issue. Unacceptable to run a business this way.

Abysmal service, purchased an elliptical bike on 22 April 2020 and received a faulty product. It is now 11 June 2020 and they have not arranged a return or refunded my money which is £154.94. It's a private limited company owned by RCD retai. Totally unacceptable to run a business this way.

Ordered a multi gym on preorder.... arrived as agreed ( & I thought I was lucky) for it then to buckle under 20KG of weight within a day ( it’s supposed to hold more than 3 time’s that ) cheap and poor quality item. Emailed various times for refund/ return but no response. Given 7 days and will be attempting a charge back. Avoid at all costs.

wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered a table tennis table on pre order for later on last week. No contact at all. I have emailed 3 times to cancel under the 14 day cancellation policy but just same automated reply. Nobody to answer phones either. I will be sending a letter recorded delivery and then small claims court next step. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I placed an order for a trampoline on 2nd April, £350 !!! I know this was pre order expected 4th may, now 3rd June and no delivery, numerous phone calls and emails sent with only automated reply’s each time!! They say their warehouse is still operating and the staff are working from home, why can’t they just call
