First time using this company and definitely will again. Booked tickets for Premier League darts in Brighton. Great hotel, great table seats together and all effortless on my side. Brilliant service.

This guys suck a lot. They’ve literally robbed me when i was forced to cancel my journey because they take 20% if trip is cancelled. That’s a lot. I will try to avoid them next time i need to attend a sports event in UK.

Great trip. Had an issue with my ticket being recalled. Got onto the emergency helpline and they sorted it out straight away. Amazing seats and seated together. 5 stars.

Great service and a really good value package to see Spurs v Elsfborg. All communications were as expected and tje customer service call was helpful and reassuring.

Would never ever recommend this company, customer services is non existent. My son booked a Hospitality Package for the ManUtd vs Crystal Palace match staying at a hotel in Manchester for 2 nights pkg costing £1,200 not cheap. Sportbreaks failed absimally regarding the issuing of the tickets the match is on Sunday, as of 2pm today (Thursday) despite numerous emails/phone calls still awaiting the electronic tickets. In the end I had to contact ManUtd directly to find out what was going on. They couldn’t do enough for me and within 5 minutes on the phone my tickets arrived electronically. Why on earth didn’t Sportbreaks do this for me, after all my contract was with Sportbreaks not ManUtd. DISGRACEFUL service!!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience thanks to Sportsbreaks.com! We booked the hospitality package for Manchester City vs Chelsea, and everything was exceptional from start to finish.

The food in the hospitality suite was excellent, and the service was top-notch – the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We were even treated to a live singer in the suite, which really added to the atmosphere.

As for the match itself, the seats were unbeatable – 2nd row from the front! It made for such an unforgettable experience, being so close to the action.

Thank you to Sportsbreaks.com for organising such a brilliant package. We’ll definitely be booking again in the future!

I booked tickets for a Manchester United match through Sportsbreak.com as a Christmas present for my sons. I could not get tickets myself, I signed up, logged on but by the time my position in the queue could buy tickets there was only crappy items left (training sessions etc).

I found Sportsbreak through a web search and was initially apprehensive due to some reviews about issues with fixture changes. However, I went ahead and contacted them; their representative explained everything clearly, including the importance of event insurance and the probability of fixtures changing, so I decided to go ahead.

When the match was rescheduled from Sunday to Monday, their customer service team were really helpful. They changed my hotel booking to suit my updated travel. They happily answered any questions I had about transport etc.

TIP As part of the package they set up MUFC memberships for us but as I already had a supporter ID associated with my email address my ticket notification didn't appear on the app. SB told me to contact MUFC ticket office and I was able to get them to associate them with my existing supporter ID so the tickets appeared on the app.

The hotel they provided was excellent—clean, comfortable, with breakfast included, and located near the airport for our early morning flight.

Yes, I paid more than face value for the tickets, but I couldn’t have secured them myself, and the customer support was well worth it. I really like that their email is actually manned as opposed to a 'no-reply@'.

They clearly know what they’re doing and gave solid advice. I’ll definitely use Sportsbreak again for future.

We've booked two tickets to Everton v Wolves game to see good old Goodison Park for the last time. From the very beginning there were NO ISSUES at all. When Premier League announced that the game will be postponed to next day we got an email with two options - full refund or re-booking. We re-booked and everything was flawless. Good hotel, good seats (felt the atmosphere even before we sat in our seats). I'd recommend SportsBreaks's services to my friends and I'm already looking at next possible games (not only for football)

Got tickets for the Liverpool vs Real Madrid Champions League game. Confirmation email was given two weeks before and tickets two days before the match. Everything went smoothly and had no problems checking into the hotel and getting into the lounge and seat. I also saw how some reviews mention the tickets being expensive, but if you book some time in advance, you can get extremely reasonable ticket prices. Would definitely recommend Sportsbreaks and would use it to book tickets again next time.

Extremely inflexible cancellation policy which means even if a fixture moves months ahead of the game the company will keep a large proportion of your money if you can no longer attend. They did very little to offer a suitable alternative or credit note and instead just pocketed £100 of my money. A completely disproportionate fee when they stood to lose very little - very unfair and not clearly advertised. Avoid at all costs. Ruined a 50th birthday gift.

Last minute tickets for Spurs vs City last night in the Carabao Cup. Took my mum to her first Spurs game at the new stadium. Easy booking process. Easy confirmation. Everything was so simple. Laura was extremely helpful with information via email offering great support and clarity. Tickets were great and my Mum absolutely loved it. Would recommend and use again.

I booked through SportsBreaks for the Monza / Italian GP 2024. I must admit I was a little dubious and I scoured the internet for reviews and wasn't 100% sure booking through a company would be the right thing to do but I absolutely cannot fault SportsBreaks at all. Everything ran so smoothly, from the friendly and warm/welcoming yellow t-shirts meeting us at arrivals and putting us on the coach, to the free doughnuts and helpful tips and timings printed in the hotel reception everyday to the transport to the circuits, to the transport back the airport it was all brilliant and absolutely perfect.
We had an amazing time and yes you probably do pay a little extra to book through a company like this but it was worth it 100% to just know everything was sorted for you and was so easy.

Well organised, friendly staff. Transfers to and from the Monza Grand Prix circuit were definitely needed. Lauren, James and Chelsea were all great and helpful and friendly. Sportsbreaks sent us goodie bags before our trip which was a very nice surprise and gesture and had very useful things in it. We would definitely book again through this company.

Sportsbreaks Cancelled my tickets 2 weeks before the event and refused to offer a refund

I was trying to book three tickets online for a football match/hotel for this October and the website was glitching a bit. I was worried that tickets would no longer be available so I decided to contact Sportsbreaks by phone to see if I could book the tickets/hotel that way. The customer support consultant was absolutely amazing and she went above and beyond to book the tickets! Thank you :)

We purchased for the Sportsbreak terrace and what a great day we had.
View was fantastic, service at the bar fantastic and the sportsbreak staff that welcomed us were brilliant. To top it off we had free drinks voucher each and food.
This is the company to use for your sporting event purchases I will definitely be looking to book with them again.
