Overpriced, prices increase all the time. How they justify almost £1000 for everton v palace (Feb 2024) is just ridiculous. 2 rooms at Holiday Inn express and 4 footy tickets. This similar package was around £575 last year (2022/23 season) absolute rip off. Never again will we book with this company.

I spent thousands of pounds with this company. Something went wrong with the hotel- not their fault- but their response was appalling 'nothing to do with us'. I strongly recommend finding an alternate supplier for any trips you are considering- very poor customer care experience. Spoiled the trip of a lifetime.

Everything was as advertised for visit to Tottenham - great price, great hotel and excellent communication throughout!
Over 50% cheaper to book the same hotel ditectly from hotel chain and buy a ticket from the venue direct than its is to book with Sportsbreaks, absolute disgusting mark up (this is based on UK events)
Paid £9556 for 4 tickets for category one seats and 2 nights accommodation for the 2023 rugby World Cup final.Firstly the hotel was a one and a half hour metro ride from the stadium ,secondly my category one seats were well behind the touch line in the corner resulting in us having to watch most of the play on the big screen. Finally I bought these tickets in early 2021 when I didn’t know their face value. It turns out they were £900 each and the total hotel charge was approx £1100 giving a total of £4700 .I am all for making a profit but a profit of over £4800 is extortionate .
I certainly will not use this company again and suggest others do likewise
I expect all I will receive is a copy and paste reply like the one they have sent to me when I previously emailed them

In Feb 2023, I bought 2 Cat 1 seats (supposedly the best & certainly the most expensive) for the semi-final game of the World Cup Rugby in Paris. I expected these Category 1 seats to be somewhere in the middle of the field. When I received the tickets on Oct 16 2023, & checked out the seats on the web site of Stade de France, I saw they were bottom corner of the stadium, well behind the try line, in second tier, 51 rows up. When I questioned Sportsbreaks, this was their explanation:
“All ticket locations are dictated to us & all the official Online Travel Agencies by the event organisers, namely Group Couleur, & the France 2023 Organising Committee. We have no jurisdiction in terms of location beyond the category of ticket.
The event organisers have had several issues in relation to ticket locations, & are mindful of the issues it’s causing official travel agencies & subsequently their valued customers, but they do reserve the right to modify categories depending on the matches & the stadiums & have indicated that an allocation of official hospitality guests for France 2023, can have an impact & may mean categories 1 & 2 can be modified for some matches. Unfortunately, this is something we, as Sportsbreaks, or any other online travel agency, have no control over.”
To be honest, there marketing blurb did say they “could not allocate tickets until several days before the game” (so there is a certain amount of trust here). But we are not currently being offered any money back or improved seating.
I suggest Sportsbreaks discuss this issue internally & put more detail of the actual distribution/sale of tickets to 3rd parties like SportsBreaks, so buyers like us better understand that our seats can get downgraded even though we still pay for a Cat 1 tickets! It’s obfuscation all round otherwise, with the usual finger pointing but at the end of the day it is the clients of SportsBreaks that end up disappointed. Not a god business model!

This company are not really bothered to book things properly causing difficulty for customers. Spelt name.wrong so hotel spent ages finding booking. Insisted on two separate hotel bookings for us and our children as 2 rooms. As one of these bookings was spelt incorrectly and the bookings weren't linked we were at opposite ends of hotel. We had requested rooms nearby but sports break didn't ask hotel for this. Not ideal and worrying as a parent. Booking directly ourselves would have been so much better and safer.

Fantastic weekend away to see the Monza GP. Good communications leading up the event and met by our great tour rep Fabio at the airport and was always on hand to make sure everything went smoothly with hotel check-in, transfers and access to the event.
Really nice hotel choice in Milan with benefit of easy access to the centre of Milan and the train station for adventuring further afield. Only negative is the choice of airline, I know Ryanair are cheap, but unfortunately you really do get what you pay for, with near chaos before the return flight when all the check-in staff went missing. Would happily pay that bit extra to travel with a more reputable airline.
For another European event, I would definitely choose Sportsbreaks again.
Booked a hospitality package with sportsbreak, Who were recommended by "Everton football club". Due to my partner being admitted to hospital and myself having to care and help we contacted sportsbreak about changing the booking not refunding. The customer representative said they would look into this and speak with a manager and get back to us ASAP. After a few days of no contact on the day of said booking/game, we rang again to be greeted by a customer representative who had no interest in helping and who's manner was completely different to Everton football club. They refused to engage had no apologies for previous contact and a stinking attitude. I hope people don't make the same mistake using this company and Everton FC look into company practice and service to there fans. Finally this company continually goes on about positive reviews on other sites but a complete disregard for the many one star reviews here on the No1 review site....

We bought 4 tickets for a Chelsea game, hospitality. For late August. We made our purchase mid-July.
Unfortunately, due a fixture change, we weren't able to attend now, so requested a refund for the tickets. Over 6 weeks before the event.
We thought this was quite a reasonable request, but SportsBreaks did not.
They pointed us to their well-hidden refund policy, which essentially stated we could only have 80% of our booking cost back.
So we only got a refund of £800, from a £1,000 purchase, with this company pocketing the £200 difference.
If it was a week before, or days before, I could understand, but 6 weeks out this is just a terrible way to treat your customers.
Will not be using them again, hope the £200 was worth it.
Edit (response to reply): Your Feefo reviews look very suspicious to me (all one after the other, and just a handful of words with no details, very vague), hence why I've left a genuine review here.

Great day out all round. Booked a game at Tottenham in April with the added catering package and travel card. I received the tickets and travel passes the week leading up to the game and everything went very smoothly.
The website showed 3 tickets available when in fact the event was sold out. This is totally unacceptable and false advertising to say there are tickets available when there aren't. I look forward to a response to this.

Spent over £1,000 on two tickets for a Premier League game, as well as hotel rooms.
Presented them with a request to change hotel date earlier by one night, no other changes. Had spoken to hotel beforehand to make sure it was possible and they were more than agreeable - they just needed confirmation for Sportsbreaks as they were the organising party.
Sportsbreaks refused to do this as it was within 2-3 days of event (and they would not have enough time!). I had only spoken to Sportsbreak 36 hrs prior that I may possibly need this change and at no time did they say that I would need to let them know much earlier, or a deadline by which time I had to request it.
Furthermore, having been a managing partner in the hotel industry for 10 years (Marriott & Hilton), I know this would easily have been able to be achieved by someone taking the impetus at Sportsbreak, and basically going the extra mile - picking up a phone, talking to a manager at the hotel; basically, taking personal responsibility for a readily resolvable matter.
However, clearly, it’s too much effort for a REPEAT customer that had spent over £1,000, again. You’d expect better customer care given circumstances. It was an easy win to keep a customer keep coming back.
(Instead they asked I email the feedback team! They would have replied after the event passed & have up to 28 days to reply - what would the point be? So they could learn from this experience? I’m not sure at this stage having agents of your company taking personal responsibility for simple customer care matters should really need to be a teaching moment!)
Looking forward to attending an EPL game only to test positive for covid 5 days before the game. Contacted this company and not interested as Covid policy no longer applies! Total lack of empathy or understanding pretty much telling me that’s the rules so either travel or find someone else to go!!

I would not recommend this company. Avoid at all costs. Rip off merchants. Just read all the other reviews. Spend your money elsewhere at a reputable company.
We booked for the Newcastle v Man United game and the fixture date has been changed we can no longer make rearranged date so we’ve just kissed goodbye to £800 as they refuse to help us and said they’d just rearrange the hotel. If they released them tickets they’d sell by the date as we got the last three months ago. But they don’t want the hassle of a resale. Why would they when they can rip us off.
Terrible customer service, they clearly gave no idea how to get future business. we won’t use again and they’d of got two good customers in us.

I Booked through sports breaks for the newcastle v brighton game, after the game being moved for the cup final I couldn’t make the re-arranged fixture. It’s now been a month since the promised return of my deposit and still nothing has been returned. After fobbing me off with twice saying they had my wrong bank details I sent them a photo of my account details directly from the bank. Yet again another week has. Gone By with with only contact being Ann automated email which they will replay to within 7 days and they only make bank payments every Friday. No one willing to help resolve this matter and they still have my money over a month after first promised repayment date. Wouldn’t touch them again

Great experience across the board; easy to book, customer service were responsive when I needed help, tickets easy to print, excellent experience on the day. Would use again and recommend to others.
Everything worked really smoothly and greats seats
Booked a trip with sportsbreaks.com, booking confirmed then they cancelled a month later stating the trip is oversubscribed. Surely they would have known at the time of the booking.
Very poor customer service and would have no confidence with booking with them again.

Was debating using sports break with the mixed reviews, but I chanced it for my sons Christmas present for the rangers v celtic match. Sports break did everything they said they would,
Only thing the seating wasn't the best at the match but we were able to see everything which is all we wanted so cant fault it, we had one happy son I'll definitely be using again. Thank you
