Almost everything was perfect. Saw Tottenham vs Sporting.
Very good service and I got the tickets as promised. The only thing that was a bit misleading was that I could collect the anytime day travelcard at a tube/train station which was not true. Asked one guy working in the tube and he said it worked only in train stations. Then it worked so I am still very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you!

I booked with sports breaks for the new orleans saints vikings game and everything was absolutely superb I can't wait to book with them again amazing company very attentive and will only ever use them for any sporting event I go too amazing company outstanding.

Just back from the Italian GP in Monza with my son.
Fantastic service, coach transfer was first class, all reps lovely, friendly & available especially when we lost our bearings trying to find the coach on the first day.
Already planning our Silverstone trip for next year. Would definitely recommend & look forward to using your services again.

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with, needed to try and rebook a match due to needing an operation they could not have been kinder or more helpful highly recommend.

Got tickets for the Man U vs Chelsea game towards the end of the season. Game got moved and we had requested a refund but have still yet to receive the refund after numerous calls and emails. It’s difficult to call because every time it’s an international call. The customer service has been terrible when we have made calls.

Got tickets to Man Utd v Aston Villa and had a great time with no issues.

Just been at Formula 1 this weekend in Monaco. Tickets was world class 👍👏

Had a fantastic couple of days with my daughter which included the Old Trafford museum and tour and match tickets v Brentford. Booking two nights away plus the match tickets was so easy to do with Sportsbreaks, with updates and arrangements regards any fixture changes handled in a prompt, professional and hassle free way. Not trustworthy- selling 3rd tier tickets for 2 tier prices and then try to tell you that the stadium numbering is incorrect… awful service.

Recently used Sportsbreak,com for the Liverpool v Benfica game. The experience was fantastic along with the service I received from Sportsbreaks.com. I would definitely used them again.

Went to United v Norwich game. Everything was great got my tickets around week before the match. The hotel was great. I will definetlly use it again next season and i would highly recommend it to you.

I’ve just returned from a two night break which included tickets to Liverpool v Watford and would not hesitate to book again! I must admit I was a little anxious booking with the cost but there was no need to worry, the communication is excellent and the tickets all arrived on time. When I had to telephone with a query the person I spoke to was really helpful and friendly. Would definitely book again!

I've bought a package for Manchester United vs Watford plus Hotel Brooklyn. All good. The tickets and voucher arrived via email a few days before the event. Seats were good, the hotel was great.

Bought West Ham vs Man U tickets for my boyfriend. Got all the details and even called to confirm with the hotel that the room was booked as i was worried from reading these reviews. All seemed ok. When we got to the hotel sportsbreaks had given our room to someone else and changed it into their names. We had the option of paying upfront for a new room and trying to get a refund from sportbreaks. As we couldn't afford this we left it and am currently trying to get a refund for the room. The match tickets were fine, but it ruined the weekend as we had plans the next day and had to drive home instead. It seems very hit and miss with this company. Also you cannot contact them over the weekend as they are closed which seems strange considering most of their events are at the weekend. I have contacted customer services and will see what the outcome is.

Bought a trip to Man Utd v West Ham for me and the kids. Kept me well informed re when tickets and hotel
vouchers would be arriving. Also provided emergency phone number in case any thing went wrong on trip (which it didn’t). Hotel was great and let us check in early before the match. Match seats were great also. I’d definitely recommend.

I was unable to make a trip from Germany to see ManU due to COVID travel restrictions. Contacting the customer "service" 2 weeks before the game they were completely unwilling to help! After all, the seats and hotel rooms stayed empty and I have spent the money for nothing!
Very bad customer support!

My husband used this site with great hesitation and regret as we were desperate to get Manchester United tickets for his Christmas, which was proving extremely difficult on the official members site. He eventually gave in and used sportsbreaks, only for us to be able to manage to get tickets at an absolute fraction of the cost on the official manu site. He tried to phone to refund and the most they would offer was as 25% refund, meaning we were loosing over £300. He was 40minutes outside the 24hr cancellation window, and they would not budge or offer us anything else in exchange.

Do not recommended, do not use. Apart from awful T&C’s designed to catch you out, the customer service was atrocious.
