My son (16) and I had an absolutely fantastic experience in Anfield on Saturday. I booked Premium tickets back in August as I had promised to take him to see his team Liverpool play. Alex from Sports Ticket Office was great to give updates nearer the time of the match. I got the tickets by email on Thursday before Saturday match. To our delight when we went to go to our seats we were told we had use of the hospitality suite and we met John Aldridge who signed his programme! Our seats were literally on the half way line, we had such a great view. The 5-2 scoreline topped it all. A wonderful day, we will never forget. Could not recommend Sports Ticket Office enough. Brilliant service. Thank you!

On July 10th 2024 I paid @2,340 for Everton-Southampton tickets for the last game at Goodison Park, 18th May 2025. I never got the tickets and, despite the promise of a quick refund, max 4 weeks, I have still not seen a penny. The company does not ask my mails either. In my view it's criminal conduct.

I have now sent you proof of your debt to me £2340. If I get the refund within one week I will let you and everybody else, know here on Trust Pilot. If not, I will let you know too!!!

Absolutely no response from Sports Tickets, do not trust these people!

I bought two tickets for Manchester United and travelled there to see a match, they charged me 278 euros for two tickets Ive never seen. They never sent the tickets and the day bedore the match told me they would refund the money as they didn't have have them. Over two weeks after that, they haven't given the money back and don't even answer the e-mails. Review updated after their comment:

Simple ordering process, prompt and thorough customer service. Electronic tickets were sent on time the day before the event.

Robert here was extremely polite and helpful when it came to the tickets unbelievable service and unreal tickets for the Liverpool match I didn’t trust it at first but glad I did!

I booked and paid for 2 tickets for the Tottenham v Sunderland match in August.

I read reviews on here after I had booked them, and if Im honest, I would not have done so because of all the negative reviews.

I sent a reminder email a week before and at the time I highlighted my concerns. I received a reply reassuring me I would receive the tickets.

When it got to the day before I sent another reminder email, and had a very quick reply providing me with reassurance I would receive the tickets.

15 minutes later the tickets had arrived in my inbox.

The seats were fine behind the goal and by this time we didnt really care where we were sat.

All in all a very good experience, and I hope to continue to receive the tickets in good time from this seller.

They haven’t supplied the tickets and haven’t returned the money. Dispute chasing them for a reply why they did provide us with tickets as they were still advertising them for sale on the same day of the game they haven’t returned the money. Nearly a year later and they haven’t sent the money back.
Terrible company to deal with dont touch them with a barge pole. I wouldn’t have give them any stars.

I’ve used the Sport Tickets Office twice now, and both times my tickets were delivered safely before the match. Prices are fair, and I liked that they kept me updated on delivery. I’ll definitely use them again.

I would give 0 stars if not a negative if I could. Do not buy from this company ever, do not trust them with your money.
I bought F1 tickets in April for Monza in September and they failed to provide them, even though they guarantee no later than one day before. Numerous emails stated one day before at the latest, so we gave up with no email from them, and then suddenly with 55 minutes to go they emailed with tickets and of course we hadn't travelled there as they had stopped replying to me over 24 hours before. They clearly picked these up last minute, literally as they emailed them and then claimed the money and refused to refund or even talk to me when I explained that was not as stated in emails and of course we hadn't gone to stand outside the track just in case, as they had failed to communicate anything. Appalling, do not buy from them

buying tickets is really easy and they arrive on time for the match

I've used STO on a number of occasions to source tickets for Premier League games and all I can say is they're superb! Easy to deal with, great communication and decent seats. I'd recommend STO to everyone.
