Order not delivered and no refund

Ordered four dumbells in the Sportzaak online store and have now been waiting ten days for the delivery of one of these. The delivery was supposed to be within a day so I am of course very very disappointed with the lack of service and the non adherence to the consumer protection rules. I truly hope that Sportzaak will refund my money now but want to warn others about this very bad experience! Two days ago Sportzaak informed me that they would refund my money if I still had not received the order but again today they still refuse to refund me despite the fact that the order is still missing!

Firstly

Firstly, I was very happy with the support I received looking for a SUP. I had some questions and doubts about which size/type would be better for me and I got great, friendly, detailed response!
So far, I have tried the board 3 times, very happy with its performance, easy to carry to the water and manoeuvre, cool design, good quality. I can easily fit and secure my dry bag, shoes, the pump on the front of the board. It comes in a handy bag that fits perfectly inside my bike basket.
Delivery was very quick, got the board next day :)
Thanks again to Sport-Zaak for all the help and support.
