I loved many aspects of this fundraising site. It was very easy to set up an impressive fundraiser.

Their AI writing assistant was amazing! They took our mediocre write-up and made it magical!!! it knew all the right words to take the basic foundation of our story and make it into an impressive fundraising appeal.

Their customer support was beyond five star. It was Spot on -absolutely amazing.

Although you do not get an instant transfer of monies it was still very fast - less than one day.

The only things that I did not like was:

1) they advertise this as being a free platform. Most fundraising sites, I believe, charge the person making the donation all the fees. On this site the onus to pay the credit card fee is placed on the person running the fundraiser. In addition when transferring to your bank account their system asks for a donation along with the cc fee from the donations that have already been made. For their outstanding customer service alone it’s well worth whatever fees they request but it is a consideration to be aware of when raising money since in my situation every penny counted.

2) I would’ve liked the option of being able to display more than 1 photo. I would’ve also liked the option to display a video or two. In my situation, a video would’ve spoken as loud as words.

4) we only posted on Facebook. Maybe it was my phone, but the display on Facebook was not as clean as other fundraisers I’ve seen. It’s a shame because the write up thanks to their AI assistant made this fundraiser far superior to any that I’ve ever seen. Perhaps a slight tweak to the output would make the fundraisers display more visually appealing.

I would use their service again. The end result of the fundraiser was it was professional looking and easy to set up.

Just I'm so un happy first spotfund team since one registers an account and start raising funds but in that process. All of the sudden your campaign doesn't recieve Donations it's Paused something like that. I suggest a better improvement on your systems. I think other fundraising sites. Information first about the campaign organisers. After confirmation. Then please consider changing 🙏 Some of us our ID cards are so crucial to share Just like that .

I have never done a fund raising event like this and was definitely a little apprehensive. The platform worked extremely well for a much needed event. The payout was easy and quick. Definitely would use again if the need arose.

The platform is simple, clean, straightforward, and it does everything you need, without any hassles. If you have questions, the customer service response is personal, human and fast.

I'm currently raising money for a friend's emergency on Spotfund, and the whole experience is so much better than GoFundMe!
