Firstly, this product is unreal. Saved me so many times from misplacing my wallet. Unfortunately, the product had a bit of an issue which happens.
However, the customer support offered to me by Marla was simply outstanding - probably the best I've experienced with any business in the past fifteen years! The technical support I got was spot on also. Well done Spotminders - You've earnt my trust and I will recommend your product (I already have) to all my friends.

Stroke
I had a stroke which led to short term memory issues. The Spotminder’s card helps me keep track of my designer wallet by playing a sound when I forget where I leave it. I am very happy with it. It has been working perfectly so far.

After removing one from my app I had issues with the app reconnecting to it when I tried. Even with the time difference between the 2 countries and a very helpful Marla at the other end, all was sorted within 48hrs.

Great alternative to AirTags
I bought 3 of these on special purchase to add/replace my Apple AirTags. Really like the fact that I don’t have to worry about batteries failing. These are slim like credit cards that’ll fit in places that the AirTags won’t. Super easy to set up and love the charging/full charge light they placed in this card.

Amazing products. They work flawlessly with Apple FindMy. Easy to add to my account. Batteries seem to last forever. SO nice to be able to recharge my cards and passport covers. A bit more expensive than AirTags, but totally worth it.

I rarely write reviews nowadays, but the service I received from Marla when my wife’s Spotminders card decided to stop working was so amazing I just had to pass on my experience. I have to admit that I was sceptical of their ‘lifetime warranty’ when I read it, but the proof of the pudding is in the eating and I have to say it was truly exceptional and I wish other companies would follow their example (& particularly having people like Marla on their client experience team makes such a difference, she truly is a credit to Spotminders !). The issue was that the card decided to stop responding and Maria was able to identify my purchase from the card’s serial number and, once I’d followed her video instructions to try and reset/resolve my card and not getting any response from the card, she immediately arranged to replace it, foc ! Amazing ! Do not hesitate to use this company, they are superb !! Cheers, Mike
