We all know that choosing a POS is a big decision and the new way of life being a SaaS product. I wasn't a fan moving from an older POS that was bought and paid for to a monthly subscription fee service. But it has been 7 months and I can tell you it has made a difference to our operations and ease of work flow. From the implementation, to the support- SpotOn has answered every question and given sufficient support on all requests. As in any change, there were bumps but none too large that offset our operations. Michael L - our cusomer success manager has followed up with many small items. My AM - Jim has given support past the sale (which many in sales know that is not common). I hope a year from now I can still look at this review and agree the change was beneficial.

Spot on is great. Help is always readily available especially from my assigned Rep, Natala DiNoto. She always responds quickly and is very helpful. Things get accomplished quickly and professionally.

I had a great meeting with Chris Jones, my account manager. He was very helpful in helping me understand how to navigate the different portals and where to find certain invoices and documents. I’m glad I have him as an account manager.

Lowell has been extremely helpful from start to finish. He came and installed our new kds and even hung out to make any customizations, and answer we have any questions! Thank you Lowell and spot on !

Good POS system, very good technical support

Amanda was patience and helpful showing me the marketing tool for Spoton. She let me set the pace, was open to all of my questions and requested I schedule a follow up call if needed.

Toni McIntosh- I am really happy with the responsiveness of Toni. She always calls me back and is very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. I was considering going with another company but the service I received from Toni kept me with SpotOn. This is a great local company and I will continue to do business with them for as long as Toni is there.

We used Spoton for years and allowed ourselves to be convinced that the grass was greener on the other side of the fence. LIES!! MANY THOUSANDS of wasted dollars later, we are happily back on Spoton! KAYLEE was a godsend! They reached out and helped us convert seamlessly back on to their platform. My GM told me the other day how thrilled she was to be off Clover and back onto a system actually designed for restaurants. I cannot say enough about how helpful everyone was. Additionally Spoton is far superior in every way. I highly recommend Spoton for restaurants.
