My experience with Spoton has been frustrating during the shipments & installation periods. The training was beneficial, but what made my experience bounce back to being spectacular was connecting with Kaley, she solved all my problems in minutes, its such a relief having a representative like Kaley being a phone call away. She has been the easiest and most contributing representative I interacted with thus far!

Kaley is the best. I wish she lived in Alabama. She's never upset when I call with questions and she always finds the best person to help with whatever my situation is.

Experienced some growing pains with our pos system. After speaking with several reps, I received a call from Alaina Brown. What a breathe of fresh air. She cared. She listened. Found the right teams to tweak the individual concerns, and things have never been better. She single handedly saved our relationship. Every business needs an Alaina. Nice work. Thanks again.

Point of Sales system is straight and direct, and easy to use. Customer service has been top notch. They walk you step by step on any troubleshoot issues and always call you to confirm the problem has been fix. Our go to guy is Nick, and he thoroughly fixes and examines any issues we have, and is always quick to respond.

We've had a wonderful experience working with Ivan Monroy our POS account assistant. From the beginning, he has been attentive, knowledgeable and incredible supportive. Whenever we've had questions or needed help with setup, training or troubleshooting he is always been quick response.

Shannon and Chris were very helpful with getting new equipment and installing it. Both of them went out of their ways to help and it made our life at the brewery a million times easier. Management here has full days and we have a lot of responsibilities so having Shannon and Chris help with the install and being so flexible was VERY helpful and amazing!

Huge shout out to Morgan F. and James C.! These two are incredible problem solvers and definitely deserve some recognition. They are extremely knowledgeable, efficient, professional, *and* friendly. They​'ve worked quickly to resolve some recent issues I've had and even followed up afterward to make sure everything was ​back on track.
