My experience with Spoton has been frustrating during the shipments & installation periods. The training was beneficial, but what made my experience bounce back to being spectacular was connecting with Kaley, she solved all my problems in minutes, its such a relief having a representative like Kaley being a phone call away. She has been the easiest and most contributing representative I interacted with thus far!

Point of Sales system is straight and direct, and easy to use. Customer service has been top notch. They walk you step by step on any troubleshoot issues and always call you to confirm the problem has been fix. Our go to guy is Nick, and he thoroughly fixes and examines any issues we have, and is always quick to respond.

Shannon and Chris were very helpful with getting new equipment and installing it. Both of them went out of their ways to help and it made our life at the brewery a million times easier.
