Ivan took my call & when I had to step away for an impromptu meeting (which ran a bit long) I came back to find that he was still on the line and ready to walk me through all of my inquiries. 15/10 service, thank you for your patience and thorough work.

Amazing Support Service

We've been using Spoton for all our locations for many many years. But I wanted to write a quick review about the amazing support service we recieved from Steven R. today. We've worked with him a lot over these years and always is able to solve our issues very quickly and help us understand the programing better every time as well!

I'd give it a zero if I could

I'd give it a zero if I could. We truly thought this company would be good for us to use, it's been a nightmare. The sales rep was in my business multiple times prior to signing, and emails too, now he is unwilling to even provide us with a phone number for issues we are having. The customer service is even worse, promising callbacks that never happen, unaware of what the product can do and what it does ,and they will lie to you without a concern about it. They set up our banking information incorrectly and try to blame it on us, DoorDash app is awful, took us days to get things set-up part way, no help from company that promised "white glove" service, nope. Basically they tell you to kiss their ass. I wish I stayed with Square, had this thing online 3 days and it is horrible, freezes up, crashes, won't take credit cards, multiple re-boots of system, free isn't free, wish they'd take this thing back without a fee, train your rep and your people, and correct what seems to issues many are having .

James Clark is fantastic to work with. He communicates well and quickly and is on top of ensuring our needs and questions are met. He is great via email but also knows when a phone call will help and takes action to call so matters are resolved promptly.

Support Along the Way

When I started with Spoton I felt clueless. Thanks to their tutorials and the many helpful people who have guided me, I now am very knowledgeable. From their 24/7 support, to quarterly zoom meetings, any problem I have is addressed and solved on a timely basis.

Overall good system, but you will find a better option

Overall good system and good customer service as long as your system doesn’t go down during business hours, they will guide you through the phone how to fix it and this could take 3 hours, then “sorry” for the trouble that’s all.

Ivan reached out after I order new…

Ivan reached out after I order new equipment and he has been so helpful, knowlegeable and patient. He has a lot knowledge of the system and is always willing to answer any question. I cannot be more grateful for the kind of service offered by Ivan as he can adapt to everyone by speaking English and Spanish he is able to connect with as many people. He provide excellent customer service and top notch commitment to management success.

Spoton is the worst credit card…

Spoton is the worst credit card company. I have a customer that wants to pay me to pay a large amount for my business on a credit card and they rejected the charge after I told that it was legitimate and authorized. Also it took them 3 days to respond. How am I supposed to do business like that. I look like an idiot to my customer. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER.

Customer service at its best

Customer service at its best. I have had some issues and Krystle Simms has always been there. There was a time I thought I was going to leave this company. Then I met Krystle and she has kept me a loyal customer. She’s there always to help me build a better business.
