When it is working, it works great. Unfortunately in my area it is very inconsistent. It'll say 21 satellites most of the time and good signal, and need to be reset. Sometimes he will be well into the safe zone laying next to me and the alarm will go off. He is learning the fence line on the days that it is working, so it gets 2 1/2-3 stars.

Amazing collars. The delivery was a bit slower than I would have liked. It took almost a month. And the collars are a bit bulkier than I had expected. Other than that, they work great. My dogs have only ran onto the road a couple of times in the early days of training. Now they all sit and watch people walk by without trying to chase them.

Our collar stopped charging. We emailed support for help. We took a bunch of pictures of the collar as instructed while communicating back and forth to diagnose the problem. Support then told us to mail the collar in. I asked if they wanted the charger as well and was told no. We were charged $50 for repairs made. The collar was sent back to us and still would not charge. We reached out again and were told they would send us a new charger. The new one works but then are access to the account needed to be fixed. In the end Time and Money spent just to get a new charging station. No explanation, no refund, no apology. Disappointed.

Very helpful when we had a problem with one of our dogs collars. They explained how to establish connection to the satellite in a precise way. Collars are great for our two dogs! Only complaint and it’s a little one) is that when we recommended the system to friends, they only credit a PayPal account, which we don’t have.

This collar is absolutely positively worth every penny!
It allows my dog free range of 5 acres and that means he can chase squirrels. I love that with a few clicks on my phone I can reconfigure the fence boundary. It works well in our wooded area. It keeps my dog out of the road which means he doesn’t chase cars or joggers. The collar was relatively easy to set up. I called customer support about a couple of things and they responded promptly and were very helpful. The collar is very sturdy. Charging overnight is easy. I really can’t say enough about how wonderful this collar is - the freedom it gives my dog and the peace of mind we have knowing he won’t get into trouble.

We had to have our collar replaced 3 times in a 2 month span of time due to the exact same issue everytime. The collar would not turn on after taken off the charger. The company was good about replacing each time, but there is obviously bugs that need to be worked out of their newest and best collar. We finally returned it for a refund and purchased a Halo that so far has been working great.

Support has been right on. Everything about the spot on collar is easy to use and makes a big difference in our dogs life and safty.

The collar met all my expectations. In conjunction with the cellular connection I have real time access to all it’s capabilities. The mapping features are incredibly easy to implement.
The tracking is precise and the activity map, escape alerts, and activity tracking give insight into my animal’s habits and behavior. My dog even seems to respond to hearing my custom recorded voice commands.
But best of all the SpotOn collar allows a large world and the freedom to explore for my best friend.

Best investment you can make easy set up dont need WIFI My Boxer Duke loves to run and he only “escaped” once and he came right back in fence

SpotOn is a great product and company. When we lost probes from the collar in our yard they sent us a replacement kit very quickly. The collar is great and it keeps our pup safe and in the yard!

So far, our Spot on Nova collar has been EXCEPTIONAL. extremely efficient, she’s never broke a barrier yet, training videos are top notch, tech is top notch, material is top notch! Our Dog is freee!

We have a Bernese Mountain 9 month old puppy. He has had his SpotOn fence for at least 2 months and is doing great. We are very happy with this product!

Wrigley loves his freedom. One issue with collar cracking, customer service is the best. Highly highly recommend this product for happy safe pet.

This GPS fence is awesome. Our dog being a Golden Retriever is friendly with the neighbors - all of them.
The collar now keeps him in our yard - away from neighbors's parties and away from the road. Wonderful!

I’ve purchased two of these for my Lab’s. They work awesome and keep my dogs on my three acres and out of areas of the property I don’t want them on.
The customer service at SpotOn is second to none and the product ships quickly.

So the elephant in the room. It's expensive. But so is my dog getting hit by a car. It was very hard to make this purchase and hit that button. Once I finally bit the bullet and bought it though, I never looked back. The training seems silly. I'm sure I looked ridiculous. But somehow it worked. I did have to crank up the shock effect quite a bit until my Great Dane seemed to notice. Now I don't have to touch it. I don't worry at all when my dog is out. I have had some drift issues occasionally but moving the fence line an tiny spot seems to reset it and fix it. I am worried about longevity as the one year warranty seems short for the price. Hopefully that will surpass it with no problems.

SpotOn Fence is reliable. I can let my pups out without worrying that they will wander off. The update that includes the ability to manually alert them is phenomenal. Highly recommend this system.

Easy setup. Detailed video’s made training easy, and this collar outperforms competitor collars in every way - GPS tracking is reliable in heavily wooded areas, battery life, and connectivity. Customer service is very responsive.
