So easy to open an account and the App is brilliant. I love opening it just to see Spring the dog 😂. Deposits and withdrawals have been almost instant and you can do both within the app rather than having to log in to your nominated bank account. Really impressed so far I’m just hoping the interest rate stays competitive.

Simple process, app dealt with id verification much better than other providers. Follow up calls from customer services were polite and answered all my questions. Happy to recommend.

An easy access account with a good rate of interest
Account is very easy to set up via the app. Transactions between app and bank are also very quick. This app works in the same way as Zopa but pays a higher rate of interest at the moment (easy saver account). Nothing to fault really.

Easy to open but slow app
Straight forward and quick to open account. Good initial interest rate for year 1 - we'll see after that! Easy to install app, but it is horribly slow to open after biometric security - slowest I've ever seen by far.
