I’ve only had the account a few days. So far money transfer very quick both for deposit and withdrawal. Email confirmation gives confidence. Account will do very well if able to keep interest rate competitive.

I normally prefer online to App-based products but Spring offered a good interest rate. My application was accepted quickly and there was no problem with money transfer. The App opens conveniently with a six digit pin and is clear and precise. Withdrawals use Faster Payments so you have access to your money in a couple of hours. This was a good choice which I am more than happy to recommend.

Honstly so easy to setup - very user friendly navigation. The little dog wagging its tail makes you feel calm and encourages you as you go through.
I have now transfered money and that was easy too. The rates are competitive at the moment so good all round.

Simple to use App and when contacted customer service answered within a few minutes. My question was answered efficiently.

It is good in general. The interface is easy to use and the interest rate is better than other.

Although they are not offering the card and linked to only 1 account, it is not a big deal to me when everything works fine.

However, there is a BIG cons when it come to withdrawing my money, it is quite often they take long time (roughly 30mins+) to process it. When that happens, you cannot make another withdrawal request simultaneously, and you cannot cancel the previous one.

Easy to use good interest rate ok

It's a great savings rate but the app is a bit rudimentary,and it takes a long time to log in.
Also I had two savings pots, and when the interest was paid it landed in a 'unallocated pot' which seems a bit silly to me, why not just pay the interest directly into the pot that earned it.

The process was simple with a lot of support and assistance to set up. Security is very strict and acceptable. Keeps your confidence high. Absolutely competitive on interest offerred.

Easy to set up. Moving money backwards and forwards to linked account is easy. The app seems to be easy to navigate. Rate of interest is good and makes better use of money languishing in zero interest current accounts.
