Fabulous quality door with cat flap fixed in it but once you have a problem they will ignore you. The chip cat flap I had fitted a year ago has stopped working and they are not responding to my emails! For 4 months now I have been trying to get a response and the one reply I did get was that the cat flap was not their responsibility!! Very disappointing

I needed replacement sealed units in four velux windows.
I contacted Lucy, who requested that I send photographs of the windows to show their location.She told me what the cost would be to which I agreed. She said she would get back to me as to when the fitter would come.
I had contacted her on a Friday and she got back to me on Sunday two days later telling me that Stephen would be coming on Tuesday (two days later).
Stephen came and did the work and left the rooms nice and tidy. I was pleased with the end result.
I can recommend this company based on my experience.

Excellent service to fit microchip cat flap into UPVC door. Booked online, great communication and lovely guy to fit who had travelled about 1000 miles to do the job ( I exaggerate) …

I ordered a new double glazed door panel with dog flap.
From start to finish the process was easy, efficient and the end result is exactly what we wanted.
Lucy dealt with my initial enquiry and was courteous, polite, efficient and knowledgeable and answered all my queries and provided a quote.
Anthony came out and measured, gave us a timescale (2 - 4 weeks) and came back and fitted the double glazed unit and dog flap 3 ¹/² weeks later. Again he was knowledgeable, efficient and professional and did a fantastic job!
All in all a fantastic service from Springfield Developments! Thanks so much - a 5 star service and I would have no hesitation in recommending them based on my experience!

Very pleased with the job (replacement panes for old velux frames) as the guys were fast and efficient. Only issue was that communication between the office, myself and the engineers could have been better as was waiting to be notified by email of a PM appointment only to get a 10am phone call from the engineers informing me they were half an hour away! Fortunately I was able to get to them within the hour. Anyway job done and happy!

The lads did a great job removing the old and installing two new Velux windows in our loft conversion. Can't believe how quickly they did the job from start to finish. They cleared up any mess and were friendly and professional. Would not hesitate in recommending this company.

Excellent service - very courteous at the enquiry stage, obtained a quote and arranged for velux windows fitter to schedule in date to replace panes of glass. Fitter arrived as scheduled and despite some terrible weather and difficult access to one window, did a fantastic and very professional job. Would have no hesitation going back to this company again.

Springfield Developments arranged to have two Velux windows installed in the attic room. The work was done to a high professional standard and all completed within less than a day, with little disruption. The finished result looks good and has transformed the appearance of the room. During the whole process of discussing requirements, ordering, and follow up, the company responded quickly and efficiently.

my appointment was cancelled and I was only told after waiting over an hour for the engineer the agent who rang me was rude abrupt and shouted down the phone. I wanted to rebook and was refused hung up on so called in over 100 times to be hung up on put on held and told she's nor rebooking me call Monday speak to someone else. beyond confused and disappointed. don't know if the agent is not properly trained or woke up on the wrong side of the bed but I would not recommend to any body we recorded all calls as we just couldn't believe the experience and terrible customer service

Arrangement made for Thursday, appointment between 13.30 and 15.30. At 14.30 fitter cancelled appointment to get new tyres...could have got the tyres and then came and measured after me jumping through hoops to be able to get the time.

Fitter then advised he would pay for express, he would come the following Thursday, I didn't need to be in....He did not turn up.

The job was done efficiently and in a clean manner. The operative was polite and helpful.
My only slight negative comment was that it took some considerable time to make the arranged date and time.
Having done this there was no sign of the operative on same date, I phoned the office who apologised, that installation was not possible on that day and that I should have been contacted. Yes I should - but I wasn't.

From the outset I was in communication with a great sales person who was helpful and quick in response, both on the telephone and email. The 2 installers were friendly and professional, going he extra mile when needed.

We have dealt with lots of builders & tradesmen over recent years & Springfield have most definitely bucked the mediocre norm.
From start to finish they were professional their fitters were punctual polite informative & tidy

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! - I struggled to find a contractor to service my Velux Windows! I contacted Velux directly and they Recommended their Authorised distributors as the units are out of warranty .. Despite numerous telephone calls etc the Authorised distributors continued to give me the run-around . VERY Poor service! Springfield developments on the other hand were excellent, quick prompt service, and a joy to deal with!! Cannot recommend highly enough.

Springfield Developments installed my sun tunnel in my windowless bathroom and wow its brilliant!
The guys who installed were amazing, arriving on time, respectful of my home and did an excellent job.
The girls in the office were also amazing, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Springfield Developments to all.
