Absolutely brilliant app! I've been using it since December & only wish I'd known about it sooner. I use it for everyday purchases where you literally get free money towards paying off your mortgage.... See more

Been using Sprive for a couple of months and for 99% of that time, Amazon has been 'unavailable' as a retailer. Useless unless they can sort their relationship out with their partners.

I have been using sprive since August last year and put £132.41 into my mortgage account- this may not sound a lot bit it is FREE money and each penny put in knocks off a little interest also - very easy to use, good variety of stores involved
I play around with how much i get on each 'voucher' as the rate fluctuates between what interest you get

As soon as I discovered this app watching Dragons Den, even before the investment of three dragons I was on the app store downloading!
Fantastic idea, application is very intuitive and easy to use and I'm already saving time off my mortgage, couldn't be happier!
Thank you for your entrepreneurship and great idea to help us become mortgage free much quicker than we would have been without this app!

This is a great app and it’s been great to peck away at the mortgage over the last few weeks since using the app. However, there are two main issues I have with the platform:
- Firstly, it would be great to have an option of viewing the total amount you have in all unspent shopping cards across all retailers. This would make it easier to calculate my finances and keep tabs on how much I have in the app.
- Secondly, I’ve noticed some retailers have gone down in the last couple of weeks and I’ve been unable to purchase shopping cards (Asda and Amazon in particular). This has resulted in a loss of cashback from two places I use frequently.
-Thirdly, it would be great if shopping cards from the same retailer merged when buying more.
Overall, I’m really pleased with the app but a few tweaks would really improve the user experience.

Love this app and how it helps me to save a little money towards my mortgage. I save on things I would have bought anyway, like the weekly food shop. It's so easy to use, and once a month, I seamlessly send my 'earnings' to my mortgage. I just wish there were more shops/businesses on the app.

Great app and already put £20 towards my mortgage in the first week.
The only downside, Amazon!! It has been down for almost 2 weeks now, came back twice but each time we tried to get a voucher it was having technical issues again. We spend so much on Amazon it would be helpful to have this resolved.

Such a fantastic idea. Works for everyone, me, retailer, mortgage company… it’s simple, reliable I wish I could have the facility in my Apple wallet.
Pay with Sprive.

Love seeing the mortgage coming down. Every little bit is helping. It's even inspired me to add a little extra on the mortgage payment every month to get it paid off faster.

Welli started using the app several months ago. There were particular milestones to achieve. One being used 2 different brands to get a bonus. I completed the task but never updated. Contacted customer services to be told brands meant 2 different types of business. Either the company does not understand the meaning of brand or is very misleading.
I was then told this had now been changed after saying I would complain to the Ombudsman.
I tried to check if this was the case but the account has now be deleted. Not a great experience. Shame as idea good just unable to deliver

Sprive is super easy to use. Its unique concept of enabling mortgage overpayments through everyday spending is so clever.
Yes, the cashback rates might not be as high as other apps, but I didn't use those other apps because the instant savings didn't appeal as much as the long term savings of mortgage overpayments.
I've been using the app for a little over a month now and have paid off an extra £20 of my mortgage using 'free money' from my regular shopping. Using the app means I can afford to make small overpayments without affecting my spending habits.
I just wish this app existed when I got my first mortgage.

Outstanding service and excellent customer service.
Been with Sprive for just over a year and saved around 4k off my mortgage. Switched provider and despite an initial hiccup, a quick email to customer services and it was resolved. Magical.

Great app, wish I had known about it sooner. Easy to use and only takes a couple of minutes to process the purchase.

Sprive is an amazing app and it’s a complete no brainer to paying off your mortgage with free money you earn from you regular day to day purchases. I don’t know why anyone wouldn’t want to use it.

I’ve been using Sprive for a little while now and have been really impressed with how easy it is to use day to day. Whether I’m shopping online or in person, the process is seamless and doesn’t require any extra effort, which makes it feel like a genuine benefit rather than something I have to think about.
It’s also clear that the team behind the app are continuing to invest in it and expand the features, which gives me confidence that it’s only going to get better.
The only thing I’d love to see added is a loyalty style programme based on spend levels, alongside the existing referral scheme. While referrals are great, a spend based reward system would encourage ongoing use and help with long term retention, giving us end users more of an incentive to consistently choose Sprive for their everyday spending.
Overall, a really smart app with a lot of potential and one I’d happily recommend.
Note: Do your research before signing up, this is designed to help pay of your mortgage quicker, not as traditional cash back. That's it's whole USP. So if you sign up expecting normal cashback in to your bank then that's on you! (Most One star reviews for this app are based around this misconception)

I found the app really slow and tiresome to load the prepaid gift card

What a brilliant app.
So easy to use and understand.
Easy to earn money to pay off your mortgage earlier.
The worst thing is remembering to use it every time.
A must if you want money for nothing.
