I used to love spseye, I always went to them first when in need of eye contacts. It is very disappointing to see how the quality has gone down.
I placed my most recent order on September 17th, 2020, spending around 80$ CAD, and still have not received the product. I chalked it up to covid shipping delays, but after this long, there is no excuse. I tried multiple times to reach out to the company, and they have ignored all of my emails, despite them constantly updating their social media and website.
I never got to check the shipping progress either. They gave me a tracking number, of which didn't work. To make things worse, the website has my order marked as fulfilled, despite only getting negative feedback from me. It seems their priority is on luring in more customers, instead of helping the customers they already have.
TLDR; Never received the product, tracking number was fake, and their customer service is non existant.

I ordered from them the December before Covid hit bad and it shipped, only to be delayed. After a month or so they answered me and sent me a new tracking number. That was a year ago.
I have been messaging them everything other day and have not heard anything. I want a refund at this point, spent almost $100. It's absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM!

I've been waiting for almost a year now for my order and when i emailed them,they said b/c of covid the shipping was delayed and they were just shipping out January 2020 orders. its now the next year not only are they not responding they flat out ignored my DM's and refused to give me a refund

I took a chance on this company despite the negative reviews that I found. My complaint is the same as everyone else’s it looks like. This company is just a scam. I ordered, never received my order, requested to cancel 5 times with no response and finally had to escalate to PayPal.

They only offer one contact method on their website but then they never respond to the email address that they provide. I never got any status updates or anything until I contacted PayPal. Then I get emailed a fake tracking number and sent a message that said to deal with it? Which seemed like an attempt to be rude but it was worded so strangely that I’m not 100% sure what the intent was. PayPal refunded my money because the seller stopped responding after I reported the fake tracking number.

They do not respond to emails. Sent fake tracking info at first. Only sent my package because I filed a dispute with Paypal. I didn't even want it at this point I just wanted my money back.

I didn't receive my order and no communication from the seller at all. It has been since May.

If I could do zero stars I would, I never received my order when I ordered 60 dollars worth in june and its October. I've reached out on basically every platform and I've gotten radio silence. Never shop here its literal trash

They never shipped my order in the first place, my tracking order said that the order wasnt in the system

Ordered March 15th and didnt hear a thing for 2 months, disputed it on paypal and got an immediate response with tracking number so i stupidly closed the case. They ended up sending a cheap lenses case worth about 14p and not my actual (£35) order. They refuse to reply to any email with the word "refund" in it and will blame the virus for not shipping items.

Dispute on paypal and get a refund if you can, you dont get your item.

I got none of my products or my money back. They refuse to respond to emails about refunds. Don't order from them.

I wrote a review a while back and the company reached out to me to settle things but alas it is still a scam. I'm not sure if I am just unlucky or what. I experienced the same 3 month Covid-19 related delays and after talking to them they explained the situation and gave me a new tracking number. After about another month my package came in only to contain a cheap bracelet and no contacts. Do no buy from this store if you actually want to receive the products they advertise.

never received my order. complete scam. emailed support and it just said “we’re on holidays”.
