Like most of the other people leaving reviews, this is a scam company, clearly Chinese. Typical Chinese tactics. Hard sell, big discounts, long wait time for delivery, faulty and poor quality product. Then you have to refund the postage but they try to fob you off with keep them we will give you 35% back. Utter scam. So annoyed I fell for it. I was ripped off for about £135 for 3 cameras plus 3 extended warranties that I didn’t ask for. You can buy the same model on Amazon for about £7 each.

Still waiting for the camera to arrive. Cannot find an email contact and they charge postage and a warranty that is not evident when you first start the process. Hard sell is the name of their game as they try to upsell as you go through the process. They were recommended on a tech website which is the reason I thought they would be safe to use.

I fell for the glossy ad! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! The cameras took a significant amount of time to arrive, it wasn't clear they were outside of the UK. We cannot get them to set up properly and 1 won't even charge or switch on. The instructions are horrendous and in our opinion this product is not fit for purpose. We have asked for a refund and the address to return them to - at our own expense of course! Instead of giving what we asked for we were instantly offered a 33% refund and told to keep the product, Again pressing for the address to return for a full refund, guess what - radio silence! I will continue to try to make contact in order to get a full refund. Not worth the money or the effort!

This is a,scam ftom the word go. It is not from a reputable company and I would to have the money that I spent on it back.

Spyfocus needs to step up with their customer service. We were sent more cameras than what we ordered and were charged for them. Finally getting through to customer service and jumping through hoops for them, they sent the address to return them. After shipping the products and calling several times and jumping through more hoops, and after several months they finally acknowledged we had bought and returned the products and said it would be 30 days for a refund. Calling again after 30 days, they wanted a copy of the usps receipt where they were sent back with the tracking number. and after about 2 weeks we finally saw the refund on our card. The worst customer service ever.........

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I am usually pretty diligent with research when I buy online. However, I fell for the flashy ad after a goggle search. I really wish I had dug a little deeper about these scammers. Purchased 3 cameras, and 3 SD cards. Long story short, I asked to return them for a refund. Customer service told me I'd be responsible for return shipping, and the refund would take up to five days. This was before Thanksgiving, and I still haven't received a dime of my money! I'll most certainly be reaching out to the attorney general of California, and the BBB about this business.
Update: 12/6/24 After going back and forth a bit, I received my refund yesterday. It took a little longer than I thought necessary, but the outcome was right.
Perhaps the company is finally listening to their customers? I do however stand by my assertion; do your research before purchasing online. I know it's a "no brainier" in 24' but it'll save you a ton of headaches.

Terrible company to do business with. I placed an order and 10 minutes later I canceled but they said it was already shipped. Can't be done in 10 minutes. Finally got hold of someone on the phone and she canceled it and even gave me her name and confirmation number! 2 weeks later I received it and I called them and they didn't even honor their representatives confirmation number. It was on my charge. Finally got agravetaed and excerpted a partial refund. Why do they have people answer phones for them and not honor what they say. Terrible Terrible company.

0 stars not an option. Scammer duplicated order and added items not requested. No option to review basket before order. Then just a thank you for the order without being aware I had completed. Checked email and appeared to have multiple orders over 3x the cost of original order. Immediately requested cancellation but told within the next hr it’s too late as been packed and dispatched 🤨 thankfully PayPal stepped up to the mark and have refunded. Thank you PayPal 🙏

One star is too many! Total rubbish product. Lasts less than 20 mins on full charge. Night vision is terrible too. I might as well have thrown my money into the wind for all the problems with it!! Don't buy it, you have been warned. I wish I'd read trust pilot before I ordered it.

They didn't specify that the camera was not for 5G so I followed their instructions for a refund and it's been 15 days since they received the product back but still no refund and they don't reply to my emails Should have known of course it's a company out of California

This is a piece of junk. It connects and then disconnects. Terrible. Don’t waste your money. Went to Ring and have no issues. Ugh

One star is to many for this company they are complete crooks liars and robbers of our money. Yes I bought there product and still wish to this day I had read the reviews on trustpilot. I don’t buy anything outside the uk any more but still look at reviews. Surely there is somebody that can stop these people from advertising there scams. I feel sorry for the amount of people that don’t look at reviews like I never did. And keep losing there money on junk products because that is what they are. Who wants to buy a camera that needs charging every 3 hours unless you hard wire it into USB TOTAL RUBBISH.

I bought a Spyfocus mini magnetic camera it doesn't work. It won't connect to WiFi and I can't get the micro SD card the company sold me to record. It won't stay charged. I don't usually write reviews but this product was so bad I just want to maybe help someone else to not waste their money.

Horrible product.Battery life less than 20 minutes on FULL CHARGE.Connection loses constantly and you can’t connect to 5g,most internet now is 5g.Trying now 2 days for return to no avail,emails no response.Dont waste your time and money,total scam.

Never received the cameras and no response from the company. USPS does not deliver on Sunday as the company stated it was delivered.

Stay away from these guys. They promise quality cameras but instead this is a piece of crap. You can not see anything.
Also, when you download their app in order to "watch" your home, they are full of ads from 3rd party companies. What in the world?

THIS COMPANY, "SPY FOCUS" IS A PREDATOR COMPANY. WE BOUGHT THEIR CAMERAS AND FOUND OUT AFTER PURCHASE THAT THERE WAS A $40 PER MONTH CHARGE TO SEE THE VIDEOS THEY TAKE. WE MAILED BACK THE CAMERAS AT OUR OWN EXPENSE AND AFTER NEARLY 3 MONTHS THEY STILL HAVENT GIVEN US OUR MONEY. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE BASED IN LITHUANIA AND WILL NOT TREAT YOU FAIRLY. IM SURPRISED THEYRE ALLOWED TO DO BUSINESS IN AMERICA WHEN THEY STEAL PEOPLES MONEY THE WAY THEY STOLE OURS. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Its a good thing that I went through pay pal and my credit card company because This company charged me for 3 UNAUTHORIZED purchases!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! AND I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT!! ALSO when I emailed back the email bounced back saying it could not answer me. FRAUD AND SCAMMERS!!

This is a total scam. I ordered 4 cameras and they added an extended warranty at the checkout without my agreeing to it. The camera quality is atrocious. Unfortunately I didn't do my due diligence and check it out first as I thought it was an Australian company, Cameras are cheap and nasty and don't hold a charge. I wouldn't even rate this a one, but unfortunately I have to. Buyer beware!!!

Bought one camera and quickly found out that what everybody else said here is true. It’s JUNK!
