I bought one of their products for my sons birthday and it was an absolute hit. He has so much fun playing with it with his friends. The pistol looks amazing and works very fine!
The shipping was incredibly fast. In just one day it arrived at my house.
Highly recommend this product!

Very good water pistol, I love the range capacity it has and the battery life, very good shipping and very take care of the details.

These blasters are great and very fun to share with people not familiar with the brand. The build quality of the guns is second to none and everyone gets a smile on their face when they use them. Customer service with the products is amazing and you can tell the company wants to make sure all aspects of the interaction are positive. Highly recommend purchasing if you are considering it. You won't regret it.

Total waste of £170. Leaks straight from the box. Purchased Spyra 3 to stop cats from sitting on and scratching my cars so needed to keep S3 filled ready for feline intrusion but as I have no faith in things that I purchase anymore I kept the S3 which was filled to 100% in a bucket. Within a few hours the S3 was down to 0% (empty) without any use. Contacted customer services regarding the leaking S3 which replied in a few days. They were professional and friendly but the advice that was given was just generic like do a reset and fully charge the battery, nothing that was any help with a leaking issue. Like most things manufactured this day and age it didn't do the job it was made to do. Sooo fed up with the question "would you like a refund or a replacement" with the agro of repacking and another trip to the post office. Moan moan grumble grumble, yep I'm fed up!

Best toy for children AND adults also! It definitely brought me back to my childhood, as they carry everything from the past and present. My kids love the Spyra Two. They have found multiple uses for these guns. I would definitely rate Spyra Two a solid 5 Star. So whether it be for your children or your own inner childhood needs, I highly recommend it!

Prompt response & very helpful, tried all the troubleshooting to no success, so very happily organised replacements for me.

My overall experience was good. Customer service was quick and helped me. Spyra 3 is a really cool product

I made a mistake by ordering two Spyras in the same color, but the customer service team made the exchange process a breeze! They were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. As for the Spyras themselves, they provided us with heaps of fun during the final days of summer. Can't wait to use them again next summer!

Complete waste of money. The thing just leaks from everywhere. When I’m 9m0laimednthey said I must be using it wrong! You get maybe 6-8 shots out of it and they go a few metres then fill again. Waste of time, poor customer service, everything is bad

Very disappointing. I have made 2 orders on the Spyra UK website. I had to pay some huge extra custom taxes (close to 100 £ in total), with nothing being mentioned on the website.
I had to call 3 or 4 times ParcelForce (in charge of the delivery) waiting 30/45 min over the phone to pay for the custom charge, as I never the letter with the instructions to pay. They were too busy at the time and the parcels were given to the Royal Post
I never had any news after that and parcels were never received. After ordering early July, I was not able to get the guns in August for the holidays
I hope the situation will improve and Spyra will make what's necessary to deliver what I ordered

Please, think before buying! I purchased two spyra, and placed two separate orders. Forst arrived on time without an extra fee, and the second stack with parcel force asked me to pay £49! Which is out of government rules; if the product is less than £135, including delivery, no tax duty must be requested. I went a bit further and made a complaint to Paypal ( as this was my Payment method ), and I am now awaiting what they will say! I refuse to pay the tax, so please huys if you have the same situation DO NOT PAY taxes! I will write as much review as I can to avoid customers from ours mistakes!

Saw the guns and watched a few YouTube videos and had to get one. I can honestly say I was not disappointed! The shipping info was great and updated daily so I knew exactly where it was and when it was being delivered. Had to pay an import fee but it was definitely worth it. This water gun is awesome!! It works perfect and super impressive. I bought the Spyra 3 and now all my friends want one. Customer service was excellent and cannot fault the service, product or quality. Well done Spyra!!!

"Go to our dedicated UK site" they trumpet. As many other people found, other than in the fine print of their t&c, there is no hint that orders ship from EU and that you'll get hammered with customs charges. I spent £100 with them and once the package was already in the UK was advised of £44 customs charges. Deliberately misleading site and please avoid them because this is very sharp practice.

Unfortunately, i cant review the product as i am unable to purchase one, and Spyra refuse to ship to Singapore. Unbelievable. i had even offered to pay for custom shipping and they still refuse. They really do not care about their customers in the slightest.

Rip off brand - similar to other purchasers learned after placing order that the online pricing is a deliberate lie, UK website says free delivery, but does not include / advise of customs charges - unlike ebay and every other EU based brand I've dealt with since Brexit, these guys deliberately set out to mislead

Ordered item costing £149.00 on site stating free shipping on orders over £100.00 then while chasing missing item up find out a further custom charge of £49.12 is due before item is released from ParcelForce. No mention of extra charges when placing order….thoroughly disappointed and requested refund,would not recommend.

Had to message them to remind them to despatch order - really poor - chased them up after two weeks and then they despatched it straight away - the warehouse desptach need to wake up

Shocking delivery service, nearly three weeks since the took my money and still not here.
