Please don’t trust spyX I’m trying to contact them, they overcharged me and is impossible to get the money back. They are scammers. Never buy this app

I can't access my account. I already paid logged in once and now it keeps taking me back to the page to connect a device. I've already given my child the phone so I can't go back and reconnect to anything. This was the worst $200 I spent and now I can't see anything my child is doing

My child likes to chat on whatsapp.I want to know who she is chatting with and I am afraid that she will be deceived,so I use SpyX to help me monitor her whatsapp account.

SCAM! Do not fall for it and lose your money like I did. It’s not a free trial. They will not refund your money and PayPal is no help. Just don’t do it.

Their response is unacceptable and they practice deceptive advertising and refused to give me a refund, which is why I had to contact Paypal. Also, Paypal says the account is not locked and they can refund me, so that’s a lie. I will be continuing to fight this charge with my bank.

Do not us this website, they scammed me, Their software will not show you anything and when I asked for a refund, they asked me to first remove the Review I had eelier posted here. When I removed it they promised to send half a refund and they never did so. They created a fake APN to my bank. PLEASE DO USE THIS THING

I met an issue with binding that I couldn't resolve it. I contacted Spyx customer service and they promptly assisted me in finding a solution. All is going well now

SCAM COMPANY! Do not buy this app. Doesn't work as promised. Contacted within 3 days to ask for cancellation and full refund, which is fully within 15 days of money back guarantee, and they did not refund. First they offered one month of refund (I bought 3 months) , then they offered half, and I said I want FULL. After that they told me they can refund 79.99 minus the $4.99 refund processing fee, but even after they said that in the email they still DID NOT refund ANYTHING. I contacted Paypal and my credit card, and both said that since they agreed to refund the 79.99 it is up to them to process the refund. Well, THEY REFUSE to refund it even after i emailed them numerous times that they need to process it. Last email they sent me said that my account is "locked" (by them ofcourse) and they cannot do anything. SERIOUSLY?? What kind of BS is this? I will be reporting this to BBB and to the FBI Fraud department.

Update to the reply. You guys refuse to refund money so I opened a dispute with paypal. You refuse to email me confirmation of the day you canceled my service and without that proof paypal cannot chargeback to you guys (which I'm sure you are fully aware of and that's why you will not give me that cancellation) so paypal told me there is nothing they can do and to ask Spyx to refund me the money. Which you REFUSE to do. So no, stop your lies and stop scamming people.

Sucks! They ask you to pay first, and then you will find out:
"A two-step verification code or SMS will be sent to the target iPhone"...
So I paid money to ask the target if they want me to know where they are now?
Spyx must be created for James Bond only...

As previously stated by other customers, they are scammers. Ad says only a phone number is needed, great right? Not really after you pay the $50 the website says now you have to turn on all these services on. Google, did all of that, no we're in the ad when you are reading it to see if it's what you are looking for or not does it say you need location services turn on and cloud backup ECT. You only learn that after spending the money, it's simply useless sleep you're trying to track someone who's actively trying not to be tracked by turning off location services on their phones. It's not much of a spy program if find my device does exactly the same thing that I'm spending $50 for their service to do. Stay away it's not what you're looking for trust me do not waste your money they will tell you that since the device is binded even if it's not working it's not eligible for a refund and I have the emails to prove it and no spyex I did not misunderstand anything.

These people are nothing but pathetic scammers. This is not a spy app or monitoring service for your kids phones. These people are pathetic scammers and that’s it.
This service just shares your cloud account with the target phone, you can do this same thing by sharing a cloud account with an iPad or tablet.
There is nothing about real time tracking, whatever your kid deletes you won’t see, if they turn off cloud backup you see nothing.
These people are pathetic POS, they don’t have a phone, no real chat, no email response, and PayPal will side with these crooks while they screw you over. Stay away

(Update to reply). You guys are nothing but pathetic crooks, that’s why you have no way to communicate and you and your trash ass company and processor fight so hard to prevent refunds.
You people are true garbage, you may have screwed me out of my $137 but it won’t change the fact I will do my best from here on out so other don’t get screwed by you people.

Successfully solved my problem and I'm very impressed with their Android cloud solution.

Been trying to recover my monies for 3 months but to no avail

Extremely Shady business practices. On their web page they even use this website for reviews giving it a 4.8 but when you look here on actually looking at the application here it's like a three or less. They don't honor their money back guarantee and their service did not work. They'll have a million excuses and tell you it's your fault even when you do everything right. Then they'll tell you you can't have your money back tough. Absolute garbage application.

I first try to resolve my issues with the merchant by asking for the money back and the only charge me for one month instead of a year because I didn't want their service and instead of agreeing he said no so I had to open a PayPal dispute to try to recoup my money for a failed service. All the merchant had to do was refund me my money update PayPal and the dispute would have automatically closed. He has a choice he could either refund the money and have PayPal close the case or you can lie to you and us and himself and tell us that he has to wait for PayPal which is waiting for him to answer.

My parents almost fell for a con! Fortunately, I was able to find the chat messages my parents were sending to the scammer on SPYX and stop the unimaginable from happening. SPYX rescued my parents' money.

This program is useless the way how advertising easy to instal, no need the target phone and others lies. Soon as you pay and they make you to go through all steps which I found very difficult then emailing to ask steps. Even then they are asking to take the target device and to singup with them email and password/a joke. Money refund. No chance...aa..just half because others half they need to pay scams. DON'T LET YOUR SELF ROB.
