Personally love Squabble. Pursuing multiple small claims actions against corporations in a very grey and dubious industry. Squabble has been a gem for even just the basic service.
Successfully reached a settlement of 8k on my OWN this week using just their demand letter template and court paperwork. I wish they offered a demand letter service to send on letterhead but not sure if they do... they have recently added upgrades. For some reason the mobile app doesn't work for me anymore so using online portal. It's a no brainer for me to use Squabble for the entire case all in one really.
I've also used Squabble for a prior SC case that reached settlement during pre trial mediation.

After leaving a review on here about my bad experience Squabble refunded my filing fee and I appreciate it very much. While I feel they need better communication on there services they made it right with me and went out of there way to fix the problem

I have been trying to reach out for days to cancel my case and receive a refund. I do not need their services anymore however I have not been contacted by a single representative of theirs for this matter. They are extremely hard to get ahold of and have no easily accessible customer support for situations like these.

I left countless emails to this company and it took them a month initially to get back and they haven’t responded to my recent inquiries at all.
They charged me and that’s it. I ask for help and nothing.
They are the same as the people who scammed me who I’m trying to sue.
Do not trust and do not use. Save your money.

Just like the other reviews and complaints about Squabble, I am angry that they took my money and disappeared. I don't know if the owner is Michael Egenthal or Mr. Robinson, but they are running some sort of scam out of San Diego. They need to be put out of business, and their website taken down. I am fighting them now for a refund through VISA.

I signed up for the triple check program. They sent me a form that was filled out completely improperly as to where the county and city where I was to file my claim. I paid a total of $720 for their triple check program including court costs and serving fees. They didn’t check anything. I sent the form back to them with the corrections and they just told me to go get it notarized even though it was wrong. I called squabble three times and left a message, and my calls were never returned. This company is a rip off. Don’t use them!

This service is the worst I have ever experienced. I realized it from the very beginning when I initially signed up for the basic service and then requested a higher level of assistance and preparation for the court day. Despite having all my emails as evidence, I received no responses and ended up losing the court case. I have reported this service to the authorities.this is a very worst sevice ever , you can know that from the first moment, i start with them with the fee for filling then asked for higher sevice with help and prepation on the court day, definitley nothing and i have all my emails with them, no answers and i lost the court, i repoeted this sevice to the otherities

Okay, I'll admit it: I need step-by-step instructions for pretty much everything. Left to my own devices, I'll research myself into a black hole and never actually do anything. So, when I had to file a small claims case recently, I was totally lost. My work's "fancy" Hyatt Legal Plan lawyers were useless, so I turned to Google and found Squabble.com – and honestly, it was a game-changer.
They made it SO easy. I just filled in the blanks, and they took care of the rest: filing, serving papers, even getting me a court date in no time. Now, I haven't actually had my hearing yet, but based on how smooth everything's been so far, I'm feeling pretty good about things.
Seriously, even if you're like me and need everything spelled out for you, Squabble.com makes it a breeze. Plus, if you win, they don't even charge you! (It's like having a free lawyer... who actually does stuff.)
I've seen some negative reviews online, but I think those folks are missing the point. Squabble.com doesn't decide your case; they just make filing way less of a hassle.
So, if you're facing a legal kerfuffle and feeling overwhelmed, check out Squabble.com. Trust me on this one – they're the co-pilot you need in this dogfight.
They sent me a filled out claim with an incorrect, non-existent address listed on it for the court location that was obviously the result someone mistakenly combining my address with the defendant's, as well as the wrong case type code and wrong address for the defendant (again a mix of other addresses). The form itself was not the most recent version from the state. This was attached to an email stating the form was 'triple checked' and '100% guaranteed correct.' It would almost be funny if it didn't cost me $70 and was completely useless. I also received a generic template for a demand letter that wasn't relevant to my case and so was also totally useless. I've requested a refund. I'll update if they provide one or not.

This is the absolute worst service. They do absolutely nothing and charge you fees that don’t even exist in the courts. Absolute scam and fraud. They should be shut down.

AVOID!! They don't deliver on anything that is promised. Dedicated Case Agent was never assigned and a paralegal never reached out. They don't respond to emails either.

If you are someone like me who needs help with making a claim, DON'T USE SQUABBLE! They don't help you pay your hard earned money for emails. Your better off going to your local small claims court & file in person. This isn't easy you will need more help & they know it but they'll take your money anyway. DON'T USE THIS APP!! Trust me its a SCAM!

Scam! Didn't get the service I spent $660 for and then they still kept $115 and no one responds.
Update: In response to your response squabble. If you had responded to me, I wouldn't have wasted my time reviewing you here. I sent 2 emails and got no response. I also have nothing from you stating the other $115 was refunded like the $545 was.

This by far the worst company in this field. Will take your money, no follow up, nothing. $300 just to fill $20 claim. Complete rip off
You cant get intouch with anyone. They dont use the information given to track people down. They also told me ny case was accepted on 4/17/24 but reading the docs it was accepted on 4/8/24 so they cut a week from my time to serive the person and then said they couldnt serve him.
I’ve been having the worst experience with this company. I only got it so they can organize the virtual hearing for me (which they claim they do and it’s so easy) and so I know all the timelines and am not stressing about it. Turns out that they can’t organize the virtual hearing and they also don’t even know how to do it. They gave me the regular number from court to call and ask there. Where I couldn’t get through to anyone. I had to do all the research myself during my travels whenever I had time and turns out that I need to write a letter to the judge and it all got so stressful. They also couldn’t give me any answers on how long before the date I need to serve the people I’m suing. They just said I should wait until I have it figured out with the virtual hearing and their answer was “before the date”. And it’s one week before the date now. I was ignored multiple times and expressed how unhappy I am with the service and if they can do the serving asap. No response
I went to court with all of my documents but was not told by squabble that I had to have sent them to the court prior to the court date. The judge told me to go and file them and gave me another court date. Squabble should make it a priority and tell this to their customers.
Poor service. Been trying to reach them for over 3 weeks after the claim was filed. No one is responding. They scammed me the same way person I’m suing did. Will never recommend them!!!
I'm left trying to decide if these folks are worse than the people I sued. I really hate being ignored...especially from people I am paying.
I went for the most expensive package ($539 total) because they claimed 100% refund guaranteed if you lose in front of a judge. I lost and they will no longer talk to me. Don't waste your money with these clowns.
I removed my negative review previously because they asked me to. It is back and they still suck.

From the time I filed online with squabble until I received a settlement, communication with the team has been very quick and easy. If you are in need of a demand letter or small claims help I would not hesitate to use Squabble.
