Recommend !

The triple check and court filing was done the day I filed with them. My case was accepted at the court in a week so I got a court date for quick. Service of the defendant occurred automatically. Very organized and each stage is communciarted. I ordered the paralegal package and they helped with what I should bring and answered a few questions I had. In the end, my customer settled and they helped me dismiss. I didn’t need court. They seem to care . Recommend !

10x easier filing

I’ve filed a couple of small claims lawsuits years ago and it’s such a hassle to go the court and then find a service processor. The processor themselves usually charge 150+. When I found squabble I was skeptical that it would actually work, but I filed a small claims and everything went through smoothly! I won the case and received more money than requested!

Not so perfect paperwork

They offered “perfect paperwork” which came back with errors, I am not a legal expert and the filing would have been rejected by the court had I not luckily found this.

Refused to refund me

I signed up for the Full Service package for $569. I emailed them to cancel immediately when I discovered that I would not be able to go through with the small claims process due to residence/mailing requirements, that I was informed of only after I had made the purchase. Squabble offered only a partial refund of $196. That's almost a $375 loss for a service that was not even provided to me and that I immediately asked to cancel? Why keep my hard earned money? It's so unfair. Now I am having to do dispute the charge through my bank. What a headache, waste of time and money! F my life. Thanks for nothing, Squabble. There is no number to call. They are very slow to respond to emails. It's a nightmare on top of the nightmare I was going through when I sought out their service in the first place. Why won't you give me a courtesy refund? I purchased this service package without having been informed of the mailing requirement prior to purchase. I didn't make this purchase with the full information about the process at my disposal. And your website says 100% money back guarantee. It's very deceiving and manipulative.

A Cautionary Tale of Wasted Time and Money with Squabble

I am compelled to write this review after an incredibly disheartening experience with Squabble, a software service that not only failed to deliver on its promises but also left me $700 poorer and utterly frustrated. My ordeal over the past three weeks with Squabble has been nothing short of a nightmare, marked by non-existent service delivery, ghost-like customer support, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

Non-Delivery of Services

The core issue with Squabble is its absolute failure to provide the services I paid for. When I signed up, I was enticed by the array of features and support Squabble advertised. However, three weeks have elapsed since my payment was processed, and I have yet to see any of the promised services materialize. This lack of delivery is not just disappointing; it's unacceptable for any service, let alone one that charges a substantial fee of over $700.

Ghostly Customer Support

Adding insult to injury is Squabble's appalling customer support. In my attempts to seek answers and assistance, I have reached out multiple times via emails, phone calls, and even through their social media platforms. Each effort to engage with them has been met with a deafening silence. There's been no acknowledgment, no response, and certainly no resolution offered. It's as though my requests for support are being sent into a void.

Financial and Professional Setbacks

The financial implications of this debacle are significant. Investing a hefty sum into Squabble, I expected a professional service and at least basic customer support. The lack of transparency and communication from Squabble is deeply concerning. It feels like a case of taking the money and running, without any intention of delivering the promised services.

Moreover, this situation has adversely impacted my professional plans. I depended on Squabble's services for critical aspects of my projects. Their failure to deliver has not only caused me financial loss but also project delays and reputational damage.

Conclusion

In summary, my experience with Squabble has been a complete letdown. The absence of service delivery, coupled with non-existent customer support and the significant financial loss, makes it impossible for me to recommend Squabble to anyone. To those considering Squabble for their software needs, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. There are numerous services available that genuinely value their customers and fulfill their commitments. Based on my experience, Squabble is certainly not one of them, and I caution potential customers to steer clear of this service.

If I could give this company zero stars…

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They charge you for a package that includes an “attorney drafted letter”. This letter is a generic form that you have to spend time working on to change this and that - it would probably take you a few hours. It is a form that can be found on Google for free. When you sign up for the bottom package, you are given the option to sign up for an upgrade at a later time, but once you pay for the bottom package, the upgrade is significantly more expensive in an email. You do not have the option on their site to upgrade. I was asked for $70 more rather than $35 more. If you are to upgrade, it does not include process serving, they try to charge me an extra $200 for that. I asked for my $60 back and they told me no refunds. I figured this would be a way to save me some time and energy but instead it created more of a headache. I would be better off, going down and filing this myself and sending my own demand letter. I definitely would not recommend this company.

This is a scam, they will never file, pay attention to the negative reviews

This is a scam. They took my money, ignored me for months, then billed me for hundreds of dollars for 'court fees' after I'd already explained that I qualified for fee waivers, being on a fixed income. They ignored me again, never filed anything. I filed with the BBB and they invoked their no refund, no matter what clause. In between these fraudulent acts, I received two 'apology' letters for delays and failure to act in a timely mannner. Didn't matter. My money is gone and they're still banging on my door for more money. This was a small claims suit, and I could have done it entirely online myself (now I know). They're demanding that I go get notarized signatures, etc. I'm homebound, and this was not explained to me up front, so it's problematic. Be very careful and make sure they explain step by step, in writing, all that is required of YOU before moving forward. Even so, they will make things up as they go along, and they will always be right, you will never be wrong. Update: They sure do respond to criticism! Lies. I spoke with the court assistance program in Utah, and no notary is required when you’re pro se. Nothing else they’ve said is worthy of a response. I’ll believe the refund when I’ve seen it. They have 'authorized' a refund and claim that they are most interested in seeing that I get my case to court. I'm so grateful.

Miya,

I've contacted our case review team. Based on the situation you have described they have authorized a full refund of the fees you paid. We do not take your comments as criticism and appreciate the feedback. We file hundreds of cases a month with very positive outcomes and want you to get a positive outcome in your case as well. Please use the prepared court paperwork we provided in whole or as guidance and file it along with the appropriate fee waivers with the county clerk's office.

My contractor was taking an inordinate amount of time to complete my job. I was recommended to Squabble which was easy to navigate. They orocessed my claim quickly and a resolution settlement was done in the amount of $5,200. Would recommend Squabble.

Do not use their service, you get no service.

Why pay for legal services to have a template you pulled from the internet? Don’t you think people would have sent their own demand letter without buying your template you damn thieves? Then you sell court documents that I could also get and filled out myself. Then you demand a $95 filing fees at my local court when it is $70. You are scammers not attorneys.

We don't sell demand letters. We provide it for free. It's written by our supervising attorney and is therefore, a template he made for our customers to freely use. Anybody can do this themselves. We make sure it's done right and provide all of the services to get it done. You just need to file your claim and then show up to court. We make sure your case is accepted by the courts, provide service of process (serve the defendant the court summons) and we also have services to help you prepare for your by having an attorney provide a case assessment. This is not for everybody - but it is for those who want to make this easy.
